Dorchester on the Beach

The location is amazing: right on the beach, easy walk into Surfers shops and eateries, free onsite parking, really well set up with three bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and heaps of room to spread out a bit.

Fully equipped kitchen. Incredible beachfront beach views. Very large very roomy comfortable apartments.

I have decided this place based on the pictures which were uploaded in Expedia. But at the point of my arrival, I got to know there are 4.5 optiion and 4.0 option which Expedia have not provided. Pictures at Expedia were those of 4.5 option. 4.0 option was completely different room which I do not want to recomend. Anyhow, people were so nice and location was good.

Our second visit as we love the apartment block and the location plus parking on site. On the beach and views were great. Sits between SUrfers and Broadbeach so no noise from busy Surfers but 10-15 mins walk either direction and you have everything you need.

Once again a an absolutely beautiful stay. Managers are beautiful souls, helpful and understanding If there were more then 5 stars I’d rate my stay in all areas a definite 10/10 Thank you

The property is in a beautiful location but for the money I spent I expected the apartment to be a little cleaner and newer…. It was not 4 1/2 stars.

Staying at the Dorchester on the Beach was an excellent choice for our three night family getaway. The location was amazing - looking straight out across the ocean we could see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Three roomy bedrooms and three toilets and bathrooms were most appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and more and the laundry was clean with a new front loading washer and dryer. Even though the reception was rarely open, the after hours check in was seamless and efficient. We would definitely stay here again for the right price.

We couldn't have been happier with our place. It had a very well appointed kitchen and the furniture was very comfortable to take in the most amazing view. The building is right on the beach and just a short walk to the eateries in Surfers Paradise. Would definately recommend.

I stayed in penthouse. Everything is good. The floor is not very clean. And 2 dead mosquito was on the bed. Kitchen light not brigh enough. Room r very comfortable. Good views. Furniture not old. Car park space small. U need drive very carefully.Wifi is fine.

Perfect location for a beach experience. Good location for Surfers & Broadbeach. Excellent BBQ faculties & warm pool. Very easy accomodation to holiday in.

This was my first visit to Surfers Paradise. Was searching for a hotel for my solo travel. Ocean views of the apartments helped me to make my decision quick. Booked 3 bedroom 4 star ocean view apartment. When I arrive my check in was very easy and pleasant. Karen gave me lot's of necessary information about the area and the apartment. My apartment was exactly what I was expecting. Stunning view, spotless clean, spacious rooms, laundry and a fully equiped kitchen with amazing view. Ocean view is breath-taking and walk to beach in no time. Outdoor swimming pool is heated so you enjoy the warm pool when there is wind outside. Easy beach walk to grocery store and restaurants in max 10mn. If you are looking for safe and family oriented stay, Dorchester on the Beach is %100 what you searching for. Karen and Michael is super friendly.They made my solo holiday so great and made me feel like I am at home. At the end, I didn't want to come back and I extended my stay for 1 extra day :) I did have a chance to see most of the different apartments. They are all stunning and especially 4.5 stars are very luxuries. I will advise this apartments everyone now and in the future and I am looking forward to come back for another retreat in this heavenly place. I can't even thank enough to Karen & Michael being extremely warm and welcoming to me. Absolutely fantastic. See you soon my dear new friends !

Great location and can walk straight onto the beach. The penthouse apartment had lots of room with a big upstairs deck so it would have been great if it had a bbq

Excellent for families. Spacious. Right in the beach.

We liked that it was a short walk to surfers central via the beach or by street. Close to restaurants and hotels.
