Great apartments in a very central location at Coolum Beach, close to everything! Parking was also secure and very handy.

The superior suite suited our party of 3 couples perfectly with plenty of space and facilities. We will be back for sure. Location cannot be beaten.

Close to everything and the beach was beautiful. I think it may have been a dog beach as a few dogs running around.

I have stayed there a couple of times before. Friendly staff clean. Across the road from the beach .shops and restaurants underneath. Had dinner at the Coolum hotel last night. The food was really good. All in all good stay. I did notice the bathrooms and kitchen are looking a little tied though. But all still works.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (rm 1208) and was very comfortable for a family of 4. This accomodation is within walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing.
Upon checkin there was a couple of issues with attention to detail to the cleanliness of the apartment but these were very promptly resolved by management. Management is very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
I don’t know if it was the location of our room, with out fail every evening at random times there would be an intense burning smell that would fill the room and some nights it would last all night. We couldn’t leave the windows open at night as the apartment would have an unbearable smoke smell. We couldn’t put on the AC as it tended to also bring the smell in. We put up with it but was difficult for those family members that suffer asthma.
Overall, a comfortable family accomodation.

Enjoyed my stay at Element on Coolum! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out process - staff is friendly. The location is across the street from Coolum Beach with plenty of options to eat, shop, etc. The grocery store, Cole’s, is right around the corner.
The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances you’d likely need. Washer and Dryer is available in the unit (although the they are quite loud).
The property felt safe with gated parking and secure entry - accessed by key fob. Beautiful landscaping as well.
After traveling for some time this was the most I felt like home, and I loved it! I’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment was well set out and had most things that we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. We did have a few ants in the apartment crawling up the walls and kitchen bench. Thtvwas our only issue though so quite a small thkng. I would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Element on Coolum. The manager Susannah was lovely and made us feel very welcome with an informative and relaxed check in. The grounds of the complex are so well kept with a beautiful tropical feel and the heated pool was a bonus during this cooler month. Our boys loved floating on the pool beanbags. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and immaculately clean. The coastal styling was very tasteful and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!
