Room was clean and tidy with all the usual appliances, cutlery plates bowls etc. Larger room allocated in the back section that was quiet and comfortable. Good value with Al-a-Cart breakfast included that was more than sufficient to start the day. Would stay there again.

Filtered for hotels with pool and breakfast. Arrived and pool empty? Asked and guy said shouldn’t show on Expedia that has pool, so went back on Expedia app, filtered for pool only and hotel still showing????
Also other guests were less than ‘wonderful’. Didn’t even bother with breakfast to be honest. Just had family move to Bathurst and will go there regularly, but never to this hotel again.

The photos of the breakfast bar need updating. There was NO FRESH FRUIT (only canned fruit) and no individual butter/ jam packs, just a large container of margarine and bottles of jam which is environmental but NOT HYGENIC. Room was GOOD and as expected. Great pressure in the shower. The soap in the shower ran out of on second day which was annoying. AND only ONE towel rack in the BIG bathroom. How about adding some HOOKS ! One other thing, balcony is not very private, a kid from next door made his way into our room from the adjacent balcony.

The included Continental breakfast was great, plenty of choices and a clean well presented dining room. Our room however had a musty smell and the toilet intermittently leaking around the floor, the room was very tired and needs attention.

Staff had trouble using the computer to check booking, only to tell me that they'd put us in a double room after booking the family room which clearly showed 2 Queen bed's and 2 singles. Had no interest in fixing the problem and told me to sort it with Expedia.

Ok for price and location however property has roaches n carpet needs thorough clean or replaced. Bit sketchy characters around as well. Complementary breakfast 7 to 9am STRICTLY, you need to be careful of fine prints. Recommend to stay there if nothing else is available.

The 2 bedroom family room was very outdated and had cobwebs through doorways. There was a stale smell in the room.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had at any accommodation.
Lack of communication: There was no prior notice or communication regarding the check-in procedure, especially if we were arriving after the regular check-in time. When we arrived around 3:00 PM, there was no one at the reception, and we had to make a call to get assistance.
Unclean facilities: The kettle provided in the room was extremely dirty, and we had to call again to request a replacement.
Hygiene and safety concerns: The toilet was infested with small cockroaches, which were both unsettling and unhygienic. Additionally, I noticed that the fire alarm in the room was covered with cling wrap. I am concerned about the safety implications of this.
