Unique location. Can't wait to see the finished result with the refurb at rear of property. Definitely recommend. Everything walking distance. Relaxing and convenient.

We loved every second the kitchen was amazing Getting to chat to others was very nice The bed was comfy bathroom was a dream. Big Tv And the Coffee machine was awesome

Great location. Beautifully renovated rooms. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen and dining area had everything you could possibly require.(Substantial breakfast provided). Hosts were very welcoming and keen to please. Hope to revisit one day. Totally recommend.

One of the best holiday accommodations I've stayed at! The decor is fantastic and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast food and coffee were great! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will recommend highly!

Terrific place well looked after and great to stay

Great communication, awesome location.

The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated and the location was very convenient. Unfortunately our stay wasn't pleasant due to the hosts unannounced family house party that was happening in the house until 3am, meaning we had no sleep. The host was very good with communication however we feel that if a personal event is scheduled it would be polite to give pre-booked guests the notice and option to find alternative accommodation rather than be made to feel uncomfortable and not able to sleep.

This property is absolutely beautiful. There is not a thing we could fault. Bed was very comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained, the lovely house manager, popped in everyday to see if there was anything we needed. I requested a smaller pillow, received it 10 minutes later. Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh bread and milk everyday and several cereals. The kitchen is gorgeous. Handy to all eating establishments, walked to the ferry and went on the ferry to the other side of this beautiful river and enjoyed walks.

Although it was a B&B you still had the option of a ensuite room with a private entrance. However, there was another door in the suite that takes you out to a large beautiful kitchen and dining area which you can share with other guests. There was plenty of provisions for a cooked breakfast and three very large fridges for guest use. The outside area is lovely, a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The accommodation is modern, high spec and spotlessly clean. Amazing showers and comfy beds. Right in the heart of Mannum. Very lovely managers too. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay

We were delighted with our lovely room and loved the communal kitchen and dining area. We would certainly recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Just a fantastic little place that I am intending to stay at on my way back from WA

Property offers breakfast facilities in communal kitchen. This included milk that had gone off having passed its use by date, one huge communal yogurt pot, jam jars that had had multiple users. I want my own clean, fresh provisions, and for the price would expect decent quality. A power blackout revealed absence of emergency lighting and torches. There were a few candles, but no matches or lighters. Door to communal area did not fit tightly and noise passed through the gaps, it would be possible to peep through a gap between the door and the frame. No off-street parking. At least the bed was comfortable.
