Nice hotel but dark. This hotel has a lot of 5-star items to it but the rooms and hallways are very dark. There waa a dirty bathrobe left in my room upon check in. Staff wete great and friendly

It was a great hotel for a short stay. It is in a great location.. It was colourful and quirky. The staff were more than helpful and made sure everything was on point. It was very close to many great restaurants.

it is not a 5 star hotel, probably deserves 3
great that it has access to a commercial gym next door
bed and bathroom were ok, rest is not worth it
breakfast is boring and poor quality and choice, not worth the extra fee at all
sounds insulation is poor, I could hear near by rooms talking to each other
daily hotel room cleaning does not including hoovering and wiping surfaces and they placed used glasses back in their place without cleaning them

If you have a car this is a very poor option. They claim onsite parking but have limited availability. They recommend 2 nearby parking options, the one I used charged $120 for an overnight stay ($80 if you arrive after 6pm). I tried to explain to the hotel staff that suggesting this parking option was very poor advice but they weren't interested in my feedback and didn’t think their advice was should cause customer any problems. If you have a spare $120 per night to throw at parking they are probably correct, otherwise... maybe consider another hotel if you have a car.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent -- there were a couple issues at the start, but they were addressed immediately and with the precision and skill of a 5 star hotel -- any issues I had were made right not only in the ways I expected, but in ways that went above and beyond, leading me to recommend this hotel and plan another booking. The breakfast package offers excellent options.

Interesting decor and excellent location. It’s close to many restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. Many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. Everything went smoothly during my stay.
