The bed was comfy. Nice walks around and across the road was the water channel. Extra bonus of a washing machine in unit but u had to have your own basket and pegs. BBQ worked really well. Nice to have a separate bedroom to the living space. This is a second time back and there will be many returns.

The room was spacious, but very drafty as there wasn’t any weather stripping at the bottom of the door. It was rainy and cold so that was noticeable. Would have loved to make use of the washing machine, but the weather wasn’t cooperative to hang things out to dry. Enjoyed having enough space to stay indoors with friends and play card games.

Great property and gorgeous view.
Only downfall:
- lack of hot water, with a family of 5, the person showering last, had a cold shower.
- sofas need an upgrade, spring in the couch was faulty.

Requesting credit card details fee days after the payment was paid in full and refusing to provide keys unless we provide the credit card details again? You had a washing machine but no clothes line, toilets at near the pool was always closed. Bed was uncomfortable n very small
There was no coffee table in the lounge room.
Taking customers credit card details for a fully paid account, by force, wouldn’t be in line with Australian Consumer Laws?

Good location for being able to walk into town. Spacious unit for what was offered. However the unit could do with a decent deep clean, our feet were black. The couch was very tired, uncomfortable & grubby. We could feel the springs in the bed. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, that we had to clean up. The front security door was broken, as well as some of the kitchen utensils being broken or rusted.

The mat in the dining area needs to be replaced as it is a tripping hazard. The corners of the mat are curling upwards. Also, a small waste container is needed in the bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus. A few maintenance issues would have made it better. Front door banged shut because latch was broken. Back door was dory and the windows needed cleaning. The remote was temperamental and didn’t work all the time couldn’t tv on then couldn’t turn off.
