HANDY FROM THE AIRPORT

The noise from pub was going on until past 1 in the morning The shower head was broken and tiny and water flowed to the toilet area. The room was a lot smaller than expected the receptionist was the only highlight who was very lovely

Clean bed & linen staff were helpful in changing our rooms to ground level on our return visit as per our request but had trouble with live coachroaches when we came back into the room after dinner at night Killed at least a dozen. No staff available, left note on our door key as we had early departure

The stay was fine. Place was well located close to the highway. Basic room, parking was all I needed The pub next door was perfect for diner Happy with the stay

The room was bump up from $81 p/n to $250 p/n due to a junior austag weekend in coffs. 3 times the standard price. Despite my eyes watering due to excess bleach used to clean the place, there were stlblood stains on the walls and black mould all through the bathroom. The door had holes in it and clearly a stab mark from a knife. The carpet was sticky. The tv turned it self off every 30min. The room was shacking till 3am due to the DJ next door at the pub. My 6year old son woke up with bites all over him something in the bed. I have photos to back my claims. This is totally unexceptionable. Please contact me to discuss my options. 0490 540 130

Convenient location value for money clean good beds

The property is no longer fit for letting to customers due to the state of the dissrepair of rooms and in particular the bathrooms.

Comfy stay, virtually town centre Smallish rooms commensurate to price paid Ie value for money.. clean and basic but perfect for a day or 2 after a LONG drive … Have stayed often and will again

Young guests ran a muck till 1.00 am with no sign of any staff stopping them , I almost left to sleep in my car instead ! This place needs security onsite

Great location! Really budget accommodation, few amenties. Receptionist was a little rude and not very helpful This week staying somewhere else which is much nicer :)

Surprised to see a pool. Surcharge on continental breakfast was high.
