This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge, with lovely views of the river, mountains and stadium. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Cowboys leagues club and stadium which was the purpose of our trip. There are options within walking distance for dining, takeaway and groceries. Check in and check out was very easy also. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Townsville.

2 adults and 2 children. Was nice and clean. Very roomy. Loved the locality. So close to some great eateries and everything. We will be back.

Staff were professional and friendly however, the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. Mould throughout the property in bathrooms, on ceilings and on curtains. Air conditioners stunk and filters were dusty.

Place needs a good deep clean. Pillow cases had stains and the walls and utensil drawers are dirty. Pool and view is nice. Id stay there again if it had a good clean up

This place was absolutely filthy and there wasn’t a wall which didn’t have a hole or mark on it. There were horrid dirt marks and foot print marks on the walls and mould on the doors. We refused to stay and left before even staying one hour!

Place was not clean, stains all over the walls , sofa was that dirty I had to put a towel down to sit on it. Curtains was not much better, walls damaged, half patched.

Friendly service.
In relatively good condition on arrival, however there was rubbish behind, under the beds and on the floors. The carpets and showers did not appear to be vacuumed/sanitised from the previous visitors.
Exhaust fan above the stove was not working and ‘zapped’ one of the visitors hand. Notified the front office, never heard back.

Apartment was in poor condition. Washing Machine flooded the apartment. Meant to be Queen bed was just two singles pushed together. No mattress protector. Filthy. Checked out early after washing machine flooded hotel room (was faulty shut off valve was not working), little to no help from staff. Refund has not yet hit my account (4 weeks)

Fantastic big apartments in a Great location. Friendly staff. Shame the maintenance has not been kept up. Mould above shower cubicle easy remove but left not cleaned? Pool looked green.

We have been visiting Townsville for the last 15 years for work and now for health (nothing serious). For the last couple of years Islington at Central has been our preferred place to stay, the apartments are a good size, it's close everything and has secure parking.
