Kimpton MARGOT SYDNEY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

My experience at The Kimpton Margot Hotel was exceptional and thoroughly satisfying. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I was treated like royalty. The gentleman (Matt?) at the Welcome Desk gave me lots of helpful tips and information that made my Sydney stay enjoyable. The staff was superb, attentive, professional and welcoming. My room was quite large with a very comfortable bed and outstanding amenities. My first night, they had a guest welcome meet up for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The location is central to every important sightseeing place and an easy walk to shopping, dining, and even the Opera House. I had an excellent time at the Kimpton and would recommend it to everyone. The staff/hotel service offered me a standout experience.

備え付のハンドウォッシュジェルやボディクリームが敏感肌の私にも使いやすく香りも控えめで良く非常に有り難かったです。冷蔵庫にミルクも入れてくれてあったのに気付かず今回は使用しませんでしたが、備え付のコーヒーを飲むのに必需品なので利用される方も多いだろうと思いました。

Bellissimo, elegante e confortevole. Ottima la colazione preparata sul monento dallo chef e il buffet. In pieno centro, in mezzo alla movida di Sydney ma al tempo stesso silenzio. Personale gentilissimo. Una chicca: l"acqua fresca, aromatizzata agli agrumi sempre disponibile nella hall.

Everything is Excellent. Very statisfied stay. Extremely nice and professional staffs.

방이 너무 넓고 좋았어요 복도방음은 좀 안 되지만 이건 다 그래서 그러려니 싶고 조용해서 자다가 깨진 않았어요 헬스장은 작지만 잘 이용했고 생일도 챙겨줘서 너무 좋았습니다! 또 괜찮은 가격으로 나온다면 꼭 킴프턴 사용하고 싶고, 타운홀역 뮤지엄역 트램 버스 다 가깝고 도보로 다니기도 좋고 진짜 굿

Great location in the city, walking distance to plenty of attraction. Otherwise just next door to the light rail and metro station, perfect for getting around. Nice touch with social hour for free drinks and hang out with other guest. We stayed the night with our pup - Water bowl and a bed provided. Hyde park just round the corner for his toilet break. Despite being a pet friendly hotel, rooms and common areas were clean and very pleasant. Only area of improvement was communication with front desk - We had arranged for a late check out at check in (also a benefit for being an IHG member) and all was sorted. Came check out day, had an abrupt call from front desk reminding us it was past the standard check out time and asking when we will be leaving. I mentioned we had requested for late check out and thought all was sorted out earlier. She cut me off and reminded me that it was subjected to availability and offered to “see what they can do.” Eventually was told it was all good with the late check out (even though this has already been arranged at check in). Came later in the day, we had to decided to do 2 trips to the carpark (not on site) - First to move our belongings and after to come back for our pup as we couldn’t manage it all at once and there was nowhere you could park your car to load/unload your luggage. After dropping our bags off, we came back to our room with apparently a staff inside who said he

Amazing Customer Service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Friendly staff in all parts of the Hotel. Clean rooms , comfy pillows , bed was ok. Great food especially the Pumpkin Ravioli.

Great amenities, great staff and a social hour every evening. The lobby area was very cozy to sit in and enjoy a glass of wine.
