Check-in and check-out processes are very efficient, hassle-free. The room is clean and designed with an efficient user experience at the core. You can control lights, blinds, and curtains easily—the control panels are placed in the right spots. The location is great, the elevator is fast, and it's an ideal hotel for you who like things fast and efficient.

The moment i walk into reception a staff member approached & helped me with checkin & was the most wonderful welcome ever! Room was perfect 10/10 Level 11 rooftop bar, brilliant the bar person again super friendly & helpful. After being on the XPT train all the way from Brisbane i had found paradise ❤️ The staff here at the hotel have to be some of the best in the world!! I have stayed all over the world you name it i have been there, these guys are true Rock Stars of the hotel industry My new go too hotel in Sydney

What an oasis in the city - so easy to get to from international airport with the hotel over the Wynyard train station. The rooms are so well designed that the small scale felt just right - everything in its place and nothing that we wanted for. The rooftop library was brilliant for catching up on work and colabs with colleagues and the coffee and food spot on! The gym is well equipped and clean with brand new equipment. Service was exceptional. We’ll be back and will be recommending to all our friends. Thank you.

I love this hotel and this is the 4th time I have stayed here. It's so convenient, the room is comfortable, the esthetics are beautiful, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that it is that it's starting to look a little worn. Some decor in the rooms are showing wear and tear. My room wasn't as clean as it usually is. BUT, the team on site is very accommodating and I will still stay here again when I am in Sydney next year.

This hotel is great. First of all, the location is right next to the Clarence St. exit of Wynyard Station, which is one of the central stations in Sydney, so it is extremely convenient for public transportation. Also, although the rooms are small, they are clean and functional. The most distinctive feature is the rooftop lounge on the 11th floor, where coffee and tea are free and you can bring your own food, making it perfect for relaxing after breakfast or dinner (only alcohol cannot be brought in, but you can order at the counter). All the staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay!!

Good location, very modern and the rooftop bar is very chill. Room is spacious with good amenities. Would be even better if housekeeping could be done better, the room is a bit dusty and our toilet has quite a few small flies.

Overall a great experience. The only downside was a ‘not so clean’ mug and the lady at reception upon arrival sent me to the wrong room to which I had to go back down and clarify. I may have heard incorrectly but I’m certain I didn’t.

I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card.

Little National Hotel in Sydney is absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Very modern, well looked after and everything is electronic and digital, from the blinds/curtains to check-in/out. Everything smells so nice and it’s so quiet, even with away yard train station literally next door. Staff are all very lovely and keen to help you in any way they can. To be clear, the pics I’ve shared here were taken right before we checked out, not the state of the room when we arrived. The bed being right up against the window makes it look weird and small but when there it’s great with lots of space and it all flows well without missing any amenities! Gym even has a squat rack and actual weights, not just cardio equip like so many others. Rooftop bar is gorgeous with a beautiful cosy fireplace, I wish I were staying longer. I never want to stay anywhere else!
