Beautiful Historical 1800s home in heart of Armidale

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice area in a covered courtyard to sit outside our room, looking out into the rose garden. Carport for the car. Electric gate provides security. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Joel who greeted us was very helpful.

Well appointed accommodation, very friendly and helpful host, good location for accessing amenities and dining in town.

We loved inside and out. Opening your front door you were transported back in time. The smell of the lilies and roses gave the place a beautiful smell. Just loved how the place was furnished. Loloma Bed and Breakfast was 5star for Jane/Keith. Planning another visit to Armidale this year and we will be booking back at Loloma Bed and Breakfast

Amazing place, we loved it.

Loloma is really well located, a short walk from a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes. The host, Rhonda, was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable and at home. The room was larger than we expected and beautifully presented. Breakfast was served in this rather nice central courtyard with a glasshouse vibe. Although it was a chilly zero degrees outside, we were nice and toasty inside. Loloma is our new preferred place for any future stay overs in Armidale.

This is a centrally located, prestige accommodation managed and presented with absolute professionalism. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to restaurants, shops and services. Our best B&B stay in Australia or abroad. Five stars.

Loloma Bed and Breakfast was a beautiful stay. We stayed in the Sapphire Suite, which was exceptional. Beautiful and ornate decorations, remarkably clean and tidy, with all the comforts - mini-fridge, flatscreen TV, air conditioning, extremely comfy sofa. Everywhere we looked there was something fascinating to gaze at - the furniture was stunning, the bathroom classic, and a variety of ornaments and pictures on the wall. I cannot fault anything about our stay. It was all class. The hostess Rhonda was very warm and professional. She made a delicious breakfast and it was a very nice start to our day to sit in the sunroom enjoying the meal. The breakfast times were staggered with the other room (the Ruby Suite), which provided us with privacy and was very thoughtful. You will be glad you stayed at Loloma Bed and Breakfast. We will definitely be visiting again.
