Wonderful stay! Always love the Majestic Lion, and surrounding areas.

Lovely rooms , close to the bus stop and food at the old lion pub was great !

Very clean rooms and cleaners were lovely and accommodating, staff at the hotel were very polite and welcoming and greet you with a smile , parking very good

The property is tired. It needs an over hall . Great location I hadn’t stayed there for about 6 years and feel that the hotel group needs to do an overhaul on it . Staff very friendly and helpful .?perfect location :)

Very clean great location

The rooms were spacious clean and tidy. Centrally located and pretty quiet. Carpark is pretty tight for larger vehicles. Would stay there again

Great property, nice apartments. Being next to a pub makes it a bit noisy and there’s not much choice of restaurants within walking distance, that was a bit disappointing

This is our first choice of accommodation when coming for appointments . Never had an issue, it’s convenient to the city and suburbs. Good eating places in Melbourne street only a minutes walk away, parklands very close if you want to go for a walk - parking and the staff always accommodate my special requests for easy access apartments. Highly recommend

It was under the flight path from Adelaide airport so found it noisy when planes flew over. Didnt seem to be well insulated as noises from other apartments came through. Overall it was clean and quite spacious but I was alone so not sure how it would be for a family.

This Hotel it is the second best in North Adelaide,.. we stayed in a bigger room, thanks to a Hotels. Com upgrade.. however this room the 36 is in need o a bit of a renovation,. carpet it is tired and looks bit old, with some stains that are not at the level of this magnificent place.. The guy from reception help us to find a Cable to connect to the TV, great service..

Second time staying and it again was a comfortable stay in a very good, central location.

We have been regular guests every year for the past 10 or so years..and always found the staff friendly and accommodating, but feel there may have been change in management, as they have certainly changed

I stayed for 5 nights. The location is good and convenient, which is definitely a plus. The apartment was reasonably well equipped, but overall the condition of the property did not match the photos online and felt overpriced for what it offers. The building is clearly quite old, and several maintenance issues stood out. The dryer door was falling apart, and when standing in the shower I could feel that the floor underneath the tiles felt damp and unstable, which was concerning. It gave the impression that there may be deeper maintenance or moisture issues. The biggest problem, however, was cleanliness. I encountered cockroaches twice during my stay. I understand that insects can happen in Australia, but at this price point I expect immediate action. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was simply “okay, thank you,” and no solution or follow-up was offered. That lack of concern was disappointing, and I didn’t bother reporting it again the second time. At checkout, no one asked how my stay was, which reinforced the feeling that guest feedback isn’t a priority. Overall, while the location is good, the maintenance issues and pest problem make it hard to justify the price. I wouldn’t return and would not recommend it in its current condition.

Nous avons résidé 3 jours à cet endroit. L'appartement est sombre. Aucune éclairage naturel. La hotte de cuisine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Nous n'avons pu brancher nos appareils électroniques et le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas en mesure de nous aider.

quiet and clean

Loved this apartment we had a corner property second floor overlooking the street which was lovely to open up and enjoy a book feeling outside when not. Kitchen very small but had everything we needed only shop for a day or two. I liked the open plan main bedroom and beds were very comfortable. Only downside the bathroom would smell when left first day we got back it was awful, I worked out to spay it out and run all the taps before leaving and asked them not to open the door again, when we got back in the afternoon I would again spray run the taps and toilet and we kept the door closed it was no problem then. Options for coffee downstairs which was great, the free bus service is right out the front. Priority was very quiet no traffic noise and we often walked to the city it’s a beautiful area.
