Maleny Hotel

I found the hotel nice and pleasant, with good bathroom facilities, and a nice, comfy room. I also really liked the veranda right outside my room and being able to enjoy the outside.

The wait staff in the restaurant were five star, both Ciela and the young guys on the roster on Sat night. Excellent service from them. The salmon was succulent and melt in your mouth and the chips were the crunchiest ever. Loved my dinner. I have dietary requirements and they went over and above to make sure I was safe eating what they prepared for me. While there was a sign indicating that the water pressure and temperature was poor, it was abyssmal. Such a waste of water waiting or the heat and cold to come through. And the heat died out. The basin tap was a dribble in the bathroom. The towels smelt a bit like cigarette smoke or something stale, they didn't smell fresh but were definitely very clean in themselves. And through the night, when anyone used the bathroom, the pipes rattled so loudly that it sounded like an earthquake!! it wasn't that great when at 1am, someome had their shower. Something has to be done to the water system please. Overall I had a good exp3rience and the room was clean and had all the amenities that I would require. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful old pub that needs a paint job on the exterior. Rooms and furniture need some work. Could be really nice. Enjoyed the bar and the food was delicious. Disappointed with the small room and furniture. We understood bathroom was shared. No problem. Next door neighbours tv was on our wall and could here it easily.

Good for the price. It's a basic hotel but has all you need especially for a quick easy overnight stay which was what I had. The rooms can be a bit noisy until about 10 from the lounge below, so not the place to choose if you just want peace and quiet. Very quaint, real old Queensland style building.

No vaccines required to stay at this Hotel!

The pipes kept up the loudest noise every time anyone turned on a tap. Very loud screeches. You could hear everyone talking in the surrounding rooms. Outside our window, two whirly birds with bad bearings were grinding all night. They had an Easter egg search at five am. Never again. What a terrible night.

Great country style hotel with a modern atmosphere , great staff , fun to interact with . Lovely layout , food great ! Will be back soon! Love the town , it’s always buzzing , and great shopping variety ! Love David Lintons wood emporium !

My stay overall was great, unfortunately not being able to get any hot water in the shower did dampen the experience

Lovely old hotel,with beautiful gardens

The sheets and bedding were very dusty actually gave me asthma and that rarely happens. Surfaces in room could do with wiping down and vacuum to remove dust. Otherwise was good budget accommodation.

A very pleasant place to call home for a couple of nights

About the fourth time I've stayed. Some idiosyncrasies like the hot water in showers sometimes coming through slowly, but it does come. Always love my stay.
