Staff were great. Room has everything you need. Pool is nice and refreshing. Bonus- It’s mango season and there a lots of trees so we were just picking them off the ground.

Family friendly, safe and quiet. Well maintained except for the pool which needs maintenance.

We found the the facilities good, clean tidy and comfortable. Room was a little tired but good value for money (off season) Staff friendly

Villa had a lot of room, perfect for a family. Couch covers need a good clean.

Very similar to a Bali villa, very well priced and excellent leafy surroundings, clean quiet and safe best accommodation I have experienced in au for the price.

Very clean and has everything you need for your stay...loved the outdoor shower...pool...and loved just everything. Will be back for sure next year

Great property, ticked all the boxes. Very large ground floor villa. Loved the outdoor shower, might not suit everyone. Gardens were beautiful. You need to have a car if you’re staying here. Pool area good. No bar or restaurant. Covered parking was a bonus in the heat.

Property had great amenities. Washing machine and kitchen area in the room was a bonus! Actually loved the outdoor shower (wasn’t expecting it). Very quiet area. It was a little run down in areas, but overall a nice stay!

The young staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The property was well located. We could walk to Cable Beach in about 30 minutes. There were two cafes along the way, Millies (excellent) and The Zookeeper (didn't go there.) Most places were 10 minutes drive away. We had a car, but the bus stop was outside the front entrance - bus comes every hour. The pool areas were good. However, the photos on the website for a one bedroom apartment, which we booked, in no way resembled the apartment we had. Apartment 1, which was clearly for the disabled, was old and tired and in great need of refurbishment. Tired paintwork, ricketty mismatched dining room chairs, stained shower walls and very bleach? stained bathroom floors, tiny hard to use basin. Nothing like the beautiful photos on the website. Very, very disappointing. Other apartments may have been better.

This property was amazing!! Our family of 4 had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect; it had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional: very friendly and helpful…if we required anything they were quick to assist. Only a 15 min walk to Cable Beach and our property’s pool was lovely! We mostly cooked in our unit (apart from a few night’s where we walked to some nearby restaurants) which were 15-20 mins to walk to them but easy strolls. We didn’t rent a car for our stay but the Bus stop is right outside the property and shops are only 10 mins away. Would gladly stay here again! Loved our time at Mantra Frangipani!

Very good apartment hotel. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Generally very good. A bit away from the beach, downtown shops and restaurants. Handy to have a car.

The joint rooms suited our family of 5 perfectly.

It’s a beautiful quiet environment with a choice of 2 swimming pools on the property. I liked the outdoor shower & the kitchenette. Short walk or few minutes drive to Cable Beach.

Framgipani mantra cable Beach is a lovely property, the room had an outside shower which was great and the room was spacious and clean.

The outside shower was quite unique. Showered with friends like the little green tree frogs. Our bed was comfy , room was clean and hotel staff, Miya and Kira went above and beyond and were very pleasant and helpful. The bus stop for the town loop is convenient being just out the front of hotel reception. Our stay was extremely pleasant. Thank you.

Loved the outdoor shower! On-site containers for change initiative is also appreciated. Reception was lovely and helpful - was able to shower before late departure to airport. Only annoyance was local bus was only running 1 per hour (not related to the hotel management) but limited access for quick trips to town (had opted to not rent a car this time). Look forward to when Cable Beach has own grocery store for basics.

It was so quiet, we couldn't hear people in nearest unit talking or flushing toilet etc. The unit was comfortable and spacious. aircon worked wonderfully.

Amazing big rooms with all household ideas needed and a relaxing outdoor shower.

Our second stay here, 16 years apart. Great value accommodation in a lovely tropical setting. Both pools were inviting.
