Mantra Tonsley Adelaide

The hotel and staff are lovely but hotel very quiet and in a industrial area. This may well suit a lot of other people but I found it scary return g home alone at night. The hotel bar and restaurantt close early and there is minimal house keeping.

Room was great

Located 25 minutes from the Airport amd 15 minutes feom Brighton beach. Large comfortable rooms..We got a 4th floor room which had a good view. Staff were friendly.

Presented as per expectations ie clean, modern.

As soon as we stepped through the door we were treated like VIP's. The girls at the desk were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our room on the 4th floor had a fabulous view of Adelaide. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Tonsley train station was an easy ten minute walk.

Slowest check in ever

Spotless

Good clean hotel, with friendly staff and proximity to the innovation district as well as the Flinders University. The Marion mall is also nearby. However, some of the challenges with the hotel were: 1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location. 2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu 3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT equipped for international travelers. No USB or USB-C ports, and no international plugs in the room 4) elevators could use additional signage on each floor for the respective level/number 5) despite the hotel being 2-3years old, there were issues with deliveries from Amazon, Uber Eats etc., as the location was not known or recognized. Faced challenges with missed deliveries. 6) room service staff did not have any sweeteners for coffee/tea. Had to grab them from the restaurant downstairs.

Great location for University, clean and fresh. Could just do with USB points for changing in rooms.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room comfortable.

Was very quiet location. Air cond was great in the rooms but not in other areas. Car parking limited unless you walk a distance away in another car park. Food not bad. Tea and coffee not replenished.

The desk staff were wonderful. They solved our problem when we couldn't get a park nearby. Breakfast was slow. Took an hour to get 2 pieces of toast.

We stayed here for nearly a week during our Adelaide trip. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food.

Room was clean and staff were so helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again 😊

Good new hotel near train station

Staff were friendly and accommodating, great service! We had a twin room and the beds are extremely soft, but the room was clean and great. Thankyou.

Clean and tidy room. Very well presented. Housekeeping did a great job 👏

The barman deserves a raise staff where all lovely

Although it was a bit of a drive from the City it was a great spot to rest the head.

The front of house staff and cafe staff were great! They were so helpful and cheerful while being respectful as well.
