Motel on Becker

Room itself was clean and comfortable, however the toilet and showers are shared and approx 50 meters from the room as in a caravan park, so if it is raining you need an umbrella. The management are helpful and cooperative. The local hotel was closed on Sunday and Monday so getting a meal in town is challenging.

There was no window in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom too high. Only one chair for two people. Well equipped camp kitchen, but very rickety table. There were no staff.

As expected, it is a very basic place. Everything you need for a simple nights rest. Thanks

Not what we expected. Amenities block was like a run-down caravan park. No running water in room. Very, very basic. Not recommended.

Would be great if have toilet and basin in the room otherwise great for me not my husband as he suffer from protaste need toilets visit frequently. Oh well all done

Feedback on Room We appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing earbuds; however, the room we were allocated was unfortunately very close to the side of the road, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise. Additionally, the walls seemed quite thin, and we could hear almost everything both from outside and from nearby cabins. For instance, Cabin 2 had guests who forgot their phone inside, and their repeated attempts to get in, including calling the on-call number, were disruptive and added to our discomfort. We hope this feedback helps in improving the guest experience, and we would suggest considering better soundproofing or assigning rooms further away from noisy areas in the future. Suggestion for Knife Storage I would recommend reconsidering the placement of knives in the room, as having them visible and easily accessible to all guests could pose a safety concern. Perhaps using a lockable code box for storage would be a safer option, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to them and reducing the risk of misuse.

Can I please start by saying thank you. I know the rooms may be dated, but they are beautiful and clean!!! Comfortable with nice decor and feels homely. They after hours key service is simple to use and very convenient. This is very unexpected given the location. I'm not meaning to stereotype, however, I have stayed in a lot of these roadside types. This is surprisingly refreshing and I will most certainly be spreading the word. Thank you for giving me a home away from home.

A great place to stop overnight on your travels. Self check in was easy and the room was clean. We had a room with shared bathroom facilities. Bathrooms were clean and had 1 shower.

A very old unmanned motel that could really do with a freshen up. Town is also terrible for dinner dining options, the 2 service stations are horrible and the food is rubbish. If you just need a bed and small shower it does the job.

This is an okay spot to stay if you are on the road and just need one night. The place is very clean. Communication with the check-in desk was good. The wifi is not good and is unusable. It has a shared bathroom which was not great for me. Make sure you read the description of the room. Its also a bit noisy being near the highway and railway. Its a solid 6/10.

This "self-service" motel is a really good place for a quick layover. The room is modern, very clean, well equipped, but not super spacious. Soundproofing can be better. We loved the common kitchen that is fully stocked and well equipped. The only thing that made our stay worse than great was there were a lot of bugs and flies in the area. Some even entered you room and linger in the ceiling. Overall is still a very nice place to rest and layover on a road trip.
