Great room, location and courteous staff

The location is perfect! Right across the road from the beach and pier and the carnival. Walk down the street for a variety of food options. The 3 bedroom apartment is modern big and clean. Very comfortable bedding and well equipped. Due to location the negative is it can be very noisy especially in the morning. Also the lift can be slow to the 1st floor - stairs would be great. The restaurant below is a convenient option for dining. For dinner our food came out promptly and was delicious. For breakfast our food took longer and our poached eggs were overdone. Overall though a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Clean room

The room was lovely and the staff were all very friendly!

The room had not been cleaned adequately with crackers left under the bed from a previous guest. When I rang the reception to advise they said they would note it ?? The receptionist did not give clear directions on how to access the room and where to park when checking in. Checking out - I wasn’t even asked how the stay was. Not great service at all.

Overall was clean and the room was a great size. The bathroom needs some updating. Location was good.

We stayed in a accessible king poolside room. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area outside the room facing the pool. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good.The property is walking distance to the Rye RSL, pier and many cafes. We were disappointed that the staff did not tell us that whilst the official website for the hotel says breakfast is only available weekends it now has breakfast available every day. We did not take advantage of this as we found out by accident only when we were checking out.

Room was very spacious & close to the centre of town. Nice courtyard backing onto the pool area.

Great place to stay when you visit hot springs. Comfortable, clean rooms.

The customer service was amazing. Great view of the bay. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice clean. Good size.

Super comfortable amd spacious room. Rainfall shower head had great pressure. Just a heads up - drive down the alley where BWS is to find reception on the right and the rooms on the left at the end. We went through the restaurant entrance from the street which was overwhelming.
