I only stayed for two or three days, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was also nice & clean. I didn’t have any issues. I loved that the room had its own washing machine and dryer, along with a small kitchen area.

Location was good. We were not informed to book ahead for a hotel car park, so had to park in casual car park next door and our car was broken into.
The room was dirty, cupboard had spill marks not wiped up. The shower had mould everywhere. The bed quilt had yellow stains on it before we even used it. We asked to be on the same floor as our friends, so we could eat together and we were checking out at different times and going out at different times and was told to just swap key cards instead. We asked again why we couldn’t be on the same floor and was told it was easier to swap cards. Which caused confusion cause all 4 of us were going out and coming back at different times so needed individual cards. I asked if we could have new towels and was told to leave them out our door and housekeeping would give us new ones. I thought that was ridiculous cause someone would just take the towels and then we would be charged. If you want location to tram, and a spacious apartment then yes I recommend. And coffee place downstairs was great.

This property was not very clean, most of the glassware was chipped. Construction was happening next door (not their fault of course), however we were placed in an old room right beside the giant crane so very noisy. The older rooms did not have phones that worked and you had to use a mobile number to contact reception. An upgrade of these rooms is definitely needed. The location is great though.

Stayed in an Executive 2 bedroom apartment which was a lovely space overall. We have stayed here before so knew what to expect.
Only downside to this stay was that the bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well with hair left on the wall and a used bandaid……
I found that our room was a little louder this time also - thinking it’s because we were facing Hindley St and not North Terrace which is the way we were facing last time.
Otherwise the staff are pleasant, the beds are comfortable and the space is nice and welcoming

It was the worst place that I have stayed in 10 years. It was filthy, I did not dare to seat in the sofa with disgusting stains. Carpet was equally dirty. My room was a few feet away from a huge construction adding noise.

Our stay was disappointing. The first room they gave us the shower head was not attached. There was old tissues in the bathroom.
Table was covered in what appeared to be fat.
They then changed our room. That rooms air con controller was broken, the washing machine was faulty and we were right next to the construction site.

We have stayed there before and our repeat custom says a lot about our view.
In general, great stay as usual except two minor things: the parking aarrea was quoted atr $30 per night, but I was charged $40. Then I was told there were two parking ares, a public one for 430 per night and a secure one for $40 per night. Wew chose to stay as usual before, in the secure park and did not know of the extra charge untyil iut was billed. WE probably would have still paid the extra for secure parking, but it would have been better to know in advaance. Don't remember it costing extra in the past.
Secondly, on two nights there was a water drip from the ceiling exhaust vent into the bathroom, presumably from the bathroom above? But only on two nights, Monday and Friday. We put a jug to catch the water so not a big problem once we found out why the bathroom floor was soaking wet!

Our stay wasn’t great, it was meant to be an apartment with kitchen facilities, but without any pots, pans, cutting knife or peeler that’s impossible. Reception staff aren’t great in customer service. The best feature is the location and pool.
