Pyramid Holiday Park

Very basic/small cabin - not well aligned to images.

My mother and I had a lovely time here for two nights, we were surprised at the level of noise because of the airplanes but it cannot be helped, and we quickly became used to them. Staff were incredible, the room was perfect for what we needed. The pool looked lovely, but we didn’t have time on our trip to actually swim. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you all :)

This park is very convenient to all amenities in the area. The park is well maintained and the staff is lovely.

The cabin was very well set up & clean. Close to everything you need for a long stay or just overnight. The office staff was excellent & very helpful. They had a well stocked convenient food or snack outlet in the lobby of the office. The only thing I could fault is the lack of wi fi connection in the park, admittedly it was available but only next to the office in the recreation room. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a late check in and it was easy to follow instructions to get in. Very clean. Just older style cabin. Air con was nice and cool.

The property was great, clean and tidy, I just didn't realise it was in the airport flight path, so we had low flying planes till about10:30 then started up again at 6am

There was no mention of the proximity to the airport and the planes came right over the accommodation at very low level absolute nightmare in no way relaxing Also I got no details sent to me about checking in There was no mention that on a Sunday reception was closed at 1pm and it said on hotels .com reception was staffed everyday till 4 pm so on arrival I had to knock on the door of the manager of the site to gain a key code to get my keys Alltogether a very stressful stay and definitely wouldn’t stay again

Nice clean place to stay good price

Clean, tidy and convenient.

This property was $175 for the night. While it was clean, it was extremely noisy being in the flight path of Jets into Coolangatta airport. The "budget" rooms were effectively old caravans up on blocks and there was an external bathroom. Limited interaction with staff as their hours were 8am to 4pm and we had to leave early morning, however things like not having any Wifi meant this property did not represent value for money in any way.
