Rude manager and front desk staff. Mould in the shower. Over charged for parking manager didn't care thought it was funny they had me case I had book through whatif so couldn't cancel my booking and get refund. Never again.

No noise or smell in bathrooms when we were there. This is not a standard hotel, staff at front desk are only around certain hours. Basic housekeeping. Had washer and dryer. Best part walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery and beautiful Victoria park

The hotel, room & facilities were exceptional. The location was also absolutely fantastic. The female staff at the front counter were incredible & went above & beyond. The male staff member during check in was a bit of a let down though, not sure why I was left to last in the queue to check in when I was first to arrive - but anyway.

Within walking distance to southbank and city if you're fit but staff have no idea about parking. Costs $40@night at the hotel but 100mts down the rd its a max $14.50 for all day parking and FREE between 7pm-7am and all weekends.
