Lokasinya sempurna di tengah-tengah CBD, dikelilingi oleh pengangkutan zon trem percuma dan berhampiran Stesen Southern Cross, jadi jika anda tiba menggunakan akses bas langit dari lapangan terbang, ia adalah dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke hotel. Saya tinggal selama 6 hari, dan setiap hari mereka membersihkan bilik, kakitangannya ramah dan membantu, sangat disyorkan jika anda ingin tinggal di kawasan CBD.

Amazing place and location, bedding for sleeping divine and views pefect for waking up. Not liking the intention to charge us for nothing using in Hotel except free coffee and tea of excellent quality. Luckily Manager rectified the error and we parted in good terms to come again to this marvellous Hotel

Great location close to many restaurants & Southern Cross Station. Decent sized room that was clean with a comfortable bed. Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot

The staff were nice and friendly, however the power on my side of bed didnt work, i was given a pillow with a yellow stain on it and i got charged twice for the breakfast buffet that i canceled

Love love love this hotel. My new favorite for sure. Great location, central to everything we enjoy, amazing service from all the staff. Rooftop bar and pool are very nice. Amenities are great and was all very clean and tidy. Late checkout was no issue and parking was close and easy. Just ticks every single box. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were spacious, beds comfy. The towel rack was loose and the wash basin was tiny (water splash everywhere). We stayed over the weekend, and it was noisy up to 2-3am. Early construction works from 6.30am onwards. Staff were not warm, just there to get the job done. No smiles, just head down and eyes on the screen. I was early and dropped off my bags. We booked two rooms so I requested for the rooms to be on the same level and they did not even try to accommodate (or at least pretend that they were trying - just a "no" and proceeded to attend to the next person). Pretty disappointing stay overall. King St was a bit dodgy at night, but during the day seems OK.

We were so very excited for our mummy-daughter city stay but this hotel is not very family friendly unfortunately. The pool is very small and technicaly open/outside so the air has the same temperatures than outside which for us was about 8 degrees. The breakfast has no pancakes or waffles even though the marketing in foyer and elevator shows waffles when advertising their breakfast buffet. I mean how hard can it be?! In general breakfast buffet is small, the options very limited and the staff got my eggs order wrong and were just standing around in a group chatting for 30 minutes instead of clearing our plates. When asking reception for anything at all, it seemed too hard. Everyone always just seemed annoyed or maybe didnt understand me.

Perfect for a weekend away where I needed to get trams to the sporting precinct as the stop was literally 2 minutes from the hotel. Room was small but had everything I needed. Bed was SUPER comfortable and the curtains blocked out all light which was amazing. Bathroom small but lovely - only negative was that at times the water took ages to get hot.

Service was good, we wanted a queen bed but it was two singles pushed together which is not ideal. Lots of dust in the rooms. Can hear loud traffic considering we were pretty high up. Right on Kings street which is where all of the strip clubs are, after a Friday and Saturday night the street is dirty and has a lot of drunk people hanging around on the street.

Great hotel with a nice atmosphere and a really good café. I especially enjoyed the order-based breakfast on the earlier days—fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. However, on the last day it changed to a buffet style, which felt like a step down in quality and experience. Still, overall a pleasant stay.
