Was a lovely place to stay. Nice and modern, close to shops and restaurants and an easy visit to the Penguin Parade. Quick easy check in, park in front of your unit and warm welcoming staff.

Very clean rooms & facilities, next time I would go for the option of outdoor space. The staff were also lovely and accommodating. I would recommend a stay here.

The room was in good condition, but very old , the setee was worn and not as comfortable as it once was.
The staff were very good.
We had a good supply of tea and coffee until the last day, and then it was not renewed.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. You need new mattresses. Rooms are very small. Not worth the price charged.

Grate place in awesome location. Right in the middle of "Paradise". If you like nature you are in the right spot. All in walking distance and the ride to see the penguins is only 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and the room very spacey.
