Luke was awesome. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted. Even on a public holiday morning, he went above and beyond to help, which really says a lot about the level of service here.
The whole team was friendly and easy to deal with, check-in was smooth, and the place was very clean and well maintained. The location is great too, right next to the beach.
A big thanks to Luke and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here with our kids. The villa was modern and spacious and clean, the pool and playground were fun. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. No complaints here and we will definitely be back. The kids are already calling it our holiday house.

I loved the fact that it was literally a skip, hop and jump away from the beach and resort pool! It was a lovely relaxing getaway perfect for our family of four. The accommodation was modern and clean. There was plenty for us to do. As we’re an active family we made use of the tennis court and ran along the beach in the mornings….

This accommodation is terrible. Booked a unit just by the pool and beach. Couldn't leave any doors unlocks for a nice breeze was every screen door lock was broken. All screens had holes in them. So much so multiple frogs where in our room before we realised.
Pillows flat and bed horribly uncomfortable.
Accommodation was old, out dated and in terrible condition.
Stayed one night out of requirement. Woke up to mouse poop over the floor in dining room and kitchen in the morning.
Made a complaint to reception prior to leaving. Simply told us they had a wait list and if we weren't happy to leave. Then advised we would have to deal with WOTIF directly as there customer service couldn't be understood due to not speaking English!
Disgusting comment about the WOTIF staff and terrible attitude from staff at accommodation.
Save your money or stay somewhere else.

Serenity was fantastic! 2 pools, outdoor play area and indoor play room - perfect for kids! Comfortable cabins. Close to the beach. Massage lady, Amm was amazing and only a stone’s throw from our cabin.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Amenties were good as was the overall feel of the resort, i was comfortable and I would stay again however, I did think the use of outdoor furniture for indoor use took away from the comfort when wanting to relax for the evening indoors.
The wifi was also non existant in my villa but this did not ruin my experience at the resort.
