Extremely helpful staff, both over the phone and in person. The room was spotless and despite facing the street, was extremely quiet. The roomy balcony was an unexpected bonus. The hotel has a lovely, family-like feeling - more like an apartment building than a hotel. Being opposite the Sydney Childrens' Hospital means it is a great option for parents of ill children. The price was also very pleasing. We walked to Coogee - 1.7 km walk mostly downhill. We would definitly stay there again if we wished to access Coogee.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly, however no sleep was had.
The window is slats and with the hotel being on the light rail and bus route the noise is terrible.
If the windows were replaced it would be a great place but I would stay again or recommend.
The parking stated $25 but when I arrived it was $30, even producing the online details I had to pay $30 per night

Located in a convenient location, with easy access to the hospital and tram to the city. However, the shared kitchen is a bit wierd and made it feel like a hostel. The rooms were really basic, dated and poorly designed. I'm an average sized guy, and i couldn't even shut the bathroom door without having to put one foot in the shower. Plus, the aircon unit didn't work. It was a warm night so had to sleep with the window open which wasn't safe as I was on the street level floor. Good for emergency accommodation as it's near the hospital but at $300 a night it would be an absolute last resort to stay here again.

Comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. Air conditioner was good and kept the room at a nice temperature throughout the night. The only negative comment l want to make is the room needs a little TLC with the cleanliness in a few areas a bit of a let down.

I booked this as “pay upon arrival” using a credit card to secure the booking, intending to use a different card to actually pay upon arrival. Upon arrival I discovered my first card has already been charged at 11:30am. This is not pay upon arrival and should not be advertised as this. Should be changed as an option for booking. I would have booked elsewhere that had this function.

Excellent staff service, bedding & bathroom both clean. Room very tired. Great spot for light rail to the city, takes 30mins to QBV building. Choice of good restaurants within easy walking distance.
