Great pool, sauna and gym. Comfortable room with everything you need. I appreciated having a laundry in the room to wash all my stuff. Easy walking distance to domestic airport or into Mascot with plenty of food options, not just limited to the hotel. Would definitely stay again for business - you are at the end of the runway - may not be suitable for families if the planes are landing or taking off overhead, but really I didn't care with the TV on and I usually sleep with earplugs as the wife snores. I'll be back again hopefully soon!

Botany street nearby has several good dining choices. Staff very friendly. The room was excellent, clean had everything. Is close to anirport and Railroad but they seem to stop operating anround 10-11 pm. Only negative was the shuttle I had booked never came, Uber came fast though so no problem.

The rooms were really large, and the front desk was very accomodating when we needed them. The location was perfect for us as we had an early morning flight the next day.

Nice accommodation, easy to park nearby but the reception staff needs more training. Breakfast staff is unnecessarily rude. The sign at front of breakfast lounge says “wait to be seated” but they just stare at you and expect you to help yourself. We ordered a black coffee with our meals and went to get hot water because coffee was too strong and they watch you like a hawk to make sure you’re not trying to take something you haven't paid for.

The shuttle service was not seamless because they utilize a 3rd party provider that doesn’t exclusively serve the hotel. Experienced delays and some uncertainty as a result. Terrible desk service. Restaurant + service were amazing. Our room key didn’t work I called down to reception but no one came, so I went down + got a new key. Our 2nd bedroom was locked. I tried to call down to reception from inside room but the phone was broken. So I went to hall + called. No one came so I went down again. Guy finally came + unlocked 2nd room. It smelt + couldn’t open window. None of the windows would open just the 2 doors onto balcony. Mattresses were so hard + uncomfortable. I slept on mattress on floor in lounge as the room smelt so bad + couldn’t open a window or any ventilation in the bathroom. Never again.

毎日掃除してくれたりアメニティを新しくしてくれたりとても良い気持ちで帰ることが出来ました。プールやジム、サウナなども楽しく行うことが出来たり、とにかくサービスがとても良いと思いました！この部屋の広さで、キッチンや洗濯機、乾燥機も使えて、テレビも2台あり、ベランダにテラス席もあることが本当にとても良かったです。今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番良かったし過ごしやすかったです！

Due to a flight cancellation and a change by over 4 hours, we arrived late at the Branksome Hotel. We really appreciated that the hotel had an agreement with a shuttle service, so our transport was easy. Our accommodation was incredible and were really disappointed that we only had hours to enjoy it, since we had an early flight. I would have loved to spend more time using the amenities- pool, etc. I would definitely stay here again. P.S. The dates listed are incorrect. We stayed there Tuesday, August 19 and left Wednesday, August 20th.

Yet another beautiful stay at The Branksome..we arrived early and were given a swipe key to the pool and gym area so we were able to have a swim and shower while we waited for our room!! The pool was beautiful..as per usual!! Our room was beautiful aswel and the coffee was really lovely!! We went up to the roof top bar and the waitress made a really beautiful pina Colada..it was really lovely up there even tho it was raining!! We then went down to dinner and that was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The steak dinner is probably the best I've ever had..and you can not go to The Branksome without trying the Wasabi prawns..they are beautiful!! The room was super warm when we got back to it and the bed was super comfy!! We had such a good nights sleep!! We had to be at the airport at 6am to go to Melbourne the next day and check out was really quick and hassle free!! Sooo incredibly happy with our stay..we will definitely be back again!! Thank you to all the beautiful staff for making our stay so perfect!!

Wir finden das das Hotel seine 5 Sterne nicht verdient hat aus folgenden Gründen : 1. wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben sonder ein Barieres frei Zimmer !! 2. das Bad (Duschvorhang war verschmutzt und defekt !! Im Ganzen Zimmer Gates überall Kratzer und Beulen !! Das ist ist nicht mal 3 Sterne würdig leider !!😩😱

It’s a decent stopover option when traveling whether locally or internationally. The shuttle service was not seamless because they utilize a 3rd party provider that doesn’t exclusively serve the hotel. Experienced delays and some uncertainty as a result. Otherwise the hotel is decent. Not 5 star but good enough.

Had everything needed. Main issue- Rooms don't have blackout blinds so you need to bring a sleep mask (and earplugs if hearing planes take off is not your thing).

Terrible desk service. Restaurant + service were amazing. Our room key didn’t work I called down to reception but no one came, so I went down + got a new key. Our 2nd bedroom was locked. I tried to call down to reception from inside room but the phone was broken. So I went to hall + called. No one came so I went down again. Guy finally came + unlocked 2nd room. It smelt + couldn’t open window. None of the windows would open just the 2 doors onto balcony. Mattresses were so hard + uncomfortable. I slept on mattress on floor in lounge as the room smelt so bad + couldn’t open a window or any ventilation in the bathroom. Never again.

毎日掃除してくれたりアメニティを新しくしてくれたりとても良い気持ちで帰ることが出来ました。プールやジム、サウナなども楽しく行うことが出来たり、とにかくサービスがとても良いと思いました！この部屋の広さで、キッチンや洗濯機、乾燥機も使えて、テレビも2台あり、ベランダにテラス席もあることが本当にとても良かったです。今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番良かったし過ごしやすかったです！

Due to a flight cancellation and a change by over 4 hours, we arrived late at the Branksome Hotel. We really appreciated that the hotel had an agreement with a shuttle service, so our transport was easy. Our accommodation was incredible and were really disappointed that we only had hours to enjoy it, since we had an early flight. I would have loved to spend more time using the amenities- pool, etc. I would definitely stay here again. P.S. The dates listed are incorrect. We stayed there Tuesday, August 19 and left Wednesday, August 20th.

Yet another beautiful stay at The Branksome..we arrived early and were given a swipe key to the pool and gym area so we were able to have a swim and shower while we waited for our room!! The pool was beautiful..as per usual!! Our room was beautiful aswel and the coffee was really lovely!! We went up to the roof top bar and the waitress made a really beautiful pina Colada..it was really lovely up there even tho it was raining!! We then went down to dinner and that was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The steak dinner is probably the best I've ever had..and you can not go to The Branksome without trying the Wasabi prawns..they are beautiful!! The room was super warm when we got back to it and the bed was super comfy!! We had such a good nights sleep!! We had to be at the airport at 6am to go to Melbourne the next day and check out was really quick and hassle free!! Sooo incredibly happy with our stay..we will definitely be back again!! Thank you to all the beautiful staff for making our stay so perfect!!
