The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants. The apartment was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed 8 nights at the Emerald, it was wonderful.
We actually got an upgrade to a Superior 2 bedroom apartment, it was great.
Everything was clean, bed linen, bathrooms, kitchen.
Couldn’t have wished for anything better.
We will definitely be returning.
Front desk staff were really welcoming & helpful.
We will be returning.

At the rear so woken each morning at 5am by the rubbish truck. Pool is in the centre surrounded by buildings so not a nice setting to look at, better to go to beach.

The first two days at the resort was particularly noisy due to construction work happening beneath us and we found it really hard to relax and unwind. We went to reception and let them know our concerns and they were fantastic. Moving us to a quieter location so that we could enjoy our time there. After the move it was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The convenience of being on Hastings Street in the heart of everything and a minute walk to the beach was fantastic. Apartments were huge and felt like a home away from home.

The room we were put in was like a cave. It was dark, needing lights on at all times including through the day and it was very cold as it did not get any sunshine at all. This meant we needed to use the air conditioner, which on the first night was impossible as the remote was not working.
While we were there, we were NOT informed about any maintenance that may be happening around the pool area and they were painting for 3 of the days which made it very uncomfortable sitting by the pool as the paint fumes were very strong.

Position, position, position. Right in the centre of everything Noosa has to offer. Great premises, all amenities but maintenance and upkeep needs to be improved. Internet is terrible and very unreliable. There is no excuse for this with Starlink now available if the NBN is not up to it. We were able to use 4 and 5G on our phone.
Otherwise a great place, quiet, comfortable and good amenities.

The Emerald is in the perfect location for great walking accessibility to all that Noosa has offer on Hastings Street, main beach & national park.
Our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was nice but really needs an update. Furnishings are well dated & not suited to the apartment.
Big cons of our stay were mould on the ceiling above the shower, balcony constantly wet as floor tiling wouldn’t drain (just pooled after rain) and our apartment was above the restaurant Rococo therefore the dining noise + music was constant throughout the night until they close.
We have stayed here plenty of times before but the apartment we had this time was disappointing & no opportunity to move being fully booked.

The Emerald is in a fabulous location on Hastings St where you can leave the car in the secure on site garage and walk everywhere. Apartment 9 was well equipped and very comfortable for 5 people, but being at the front of the block, above the restaurant and overlooking the public carpark, it was very noisy at night and from early morning.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, a minor maintenance issue was fixed quickly and easily.
I would stay again but request an apartment at the back of the block, on the inside of the complex.
