There was no water pressure out of the taps in the hand basin. As a consequence I did not even try the shower.
This was an upgraded room so very disappointing for nearly $200 a night.
The staff were wonderful and the room eas very clean and tidy

It is a great hotel considering the price you pay. They have some nice room amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine. The service was good and the staff is friendly. Overall we have no complaints with this hotel considering the price. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice and tidy, close to town but a bit of a hike up the hills…convenient Indian restaurant close by which was fantastic. Free parking underneath which is a bonus in Brisbane. Wish they had a pool.

Staff friendly, room was basic but clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Parking spaces narrow but undercover. Plenty of food and drink options walkable close by.

It’s was a good stay overall, staff are king and helpful and have free parking. Expect that the location is noisy due to car traffic because the hotel is on a street corner.

At check in I was told the lift shuts down from 8pm to 7am due to safety reasons ?? Expedia site reads under ‘see more about the property’ Convenience - LIFT & Accessibility- LIFT? It does NOT mention lifts are turned off from 8pm to 7am! A major issue if you can not use steps…. During these times. You are STUCK!!!! Extremely disappointing …. You could simply state this on the booking site and I would NOT have booked a room there at all!!

Would have expected better for $599 per night for 1 adult and 5 teens. No kitchenette. Feels yuck filling up you drinking water beside a toilet in the bathroom. Little pod machine that makes the hot water taste yuck - just a normal kettle would have been better

Staff was very friendly and helpful, place quiet, clean and safe.
However the bathroom toilet is built with At lest 4 inches higher than the sleeping area. It’s not a common thing, hence husband and I hit our toes painfully quite a number of times.
That aside, the lift does not work to go up from basement after 9pm. Makes it difficult to walk up when I have knee problem. There was one night it rained so heavily but we could not use the lift when we came back at 945pm. We had to walk up the ramp. Although most of the walkway was covered but there is two small areas were not. With that big massive heavy rain, we did get wet.

The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the only thing that would help is maybe to add some plates, bowls and cutlery even though they don’t do room service but it would be nice when you order to be able to eat

Reception Check in was Easy & the Most Pleasant Smiling Receptionist check us in we have encountered for a long time ,Parking was Simple ,Rooms were great , Central Position in Spring Hill ,Cafe for Breakfast
