I only stayed one night, had a shower and slept in the bed, but the property was clean, modern and very comfortable. The owner checked me in and was very helpful. Will stay again. Right opposite golf course, suits me. 👌

Our hut was not very clean - bathroom, dishes and floor would definitely need a deep cleaning also many spider webs in all corners on the ceiling.
Bathroom setup very cheap and basic. Plastic shower with lots of glue around appliances.
Surrounding area is very nice tho and they seem to have nicer huts than ours was. Playground for kids is ok but toys rusty, outdated and would need an exchange/upgrade.

The room itself and facilities were okay but the noise pollution from the other guests was a big problem overnight. Wouldn’t recommend based on that.

Room was fine (although pokey) but felt like I was at my parents house. Can hear everything from the other rooms and conversations in the communal kitchen which went on until late into the night. Sorry but won’t stay again.

My only issue was the internet was almost unusable, I see you use starlink, I would suggest adding a mesh node to expand the signal a bit.

Whilst very clean the room was very cramped in size. The worst thing was the shower only a dribble of water from the shower head & after a few minutes the water turned cold. Not even enough pressure in the shower to wash your hair.

It was so well maintained, very very clean, you can see all the profits go back into the property.the only thing I can recommend to the owners, bigger tv and add Netflix.i well be going again, fantastic place very peaceful, great for people who have kids,this is a farm with animals, the kids will love it,I searched the internet for accommodations in portarlington, and this ticked all the boxes.
