Loved every element of this hotel from first stepping through the red revolving door to the blue grout in the spacious bathroom. Stepping out into the local neighborhood gives ultimate Melbourne. Loved it, 10/10 will stay again.

Great hotel, great staff, fantastic location. Really clean and quiet. Unexpectedly quiet for that part of town. I loved it. Only negative is that the bathroom walls are glass/see-through, which is a fashionable design thing now. So weird. Aside from that, it's a great hotel.

Very thoughtful and convenient stay in the heart of stimulating Fitzroy. The rooms are compact (with no chairs) but make up for this with their design, opening windows, view, great bed, 12N checkout, French press coffee and adjustable air-con. The rooftop deck is a great retreat on a beautiful afternoon.

Our flight was delayed and so we just got in really early in the morning. The staff was so nice and helpful. The little shop they have is full of cool stuff and I love that there’s wine and great snacks too. I wish we had more time to spend at this property because it was awesome. We really liked the location, but if you aren’t used to urban cities, I could see how it might feel a little worried about the area b/c of the street art. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this amazing neighborhood. We felt 100% safe the entire time!

Stayed for a 2 night trip and was very impressed. This cool inner City sanctuary was just what I needed. The rooms have everything you require and are very well designed. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft and generous in size. There was an ingenious small work station and a good size quality tv in the room. The commercial grade windows and location keep noise to an absolute minimum. I only had breakfast one morning but the toast and coffee was a delight and all the staff I interacted with from check-in to check-out were friendly and enthusiastic. The rooftop looked a great place to hangout but the weather during my stay wasn’t great. I liked it so much I already booked to stay here on my next visit in a few months….grat value as well!
