This venue is remote operated but when we accidentally left some items behind they coordinated with on site cleaning staff to ensure our items could be picked up by the courier we arranged. They were very easy to deal with and went above and beyond!!! The room was exactly what we needed and had lots of amenities. Check in was smooth and no fuss. Overall a fantastic stay!

Very impersonal. Person doing check in via a computer screen. Person not even in Australia. No tv remote control, no one onsite to solve the problem. Had to give me another room. Air conditioning very noisy and needs servicing .

This place needs a huge makeover it is currently below standards. No human contact you talk to a screen. Cleaning and styling of the units need a major up grade and noise is terrible

We were very sceptical before arriving but found everything adequate. My one big concern was the fact that there were no curtains to cover the front glass doors leaving us on full view at night whist watching tv. I put up a sheet that Id bought with me. Had trouble finding the remote for tv and the gas lighter for hotplates . Road noise in the morning was not fun .

Property was comfortable and convenient for one night and the affordable price. Biggest issue was communication, before actually booking, the motel failed to answer phone calls x3 throughout the day. When arrived at 1645 did not answer immediately and place unattended. Felt unsafe with windows directly to car park, noise and lights shinning into windows etc. hard to avoid with layout etc.
