Comodo a 10 min dalla metro e supermarket di fronte. Ristoranti nella zona. Piano alto ma scale comode.

The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo.

Grear location. The apartment is very clean. Super like the shower.

A nice apartment, close to tram stops that link to different parts of the city, including Vienna's main station. Extremely clean, with nice decor, and all the necessary amenities for a short stay in the city.

비엔나 중심부와는 거리가 멀지만 가까운 거리에 트램역이 있어 많이 불편하지는 않았습니다. 내부에 조리시설, 세탁기까지 있어 굉장히 편리했습니다. 내부 시설도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소 근처에 큰 마트가 2개나 있습니다.

Tutto buono, era vicino alla metro, carino e pulito. Senza dubbio raccomandato. L'unico neo è che era al 2o piano senza ascensore. Questa cosa non è stata segnalata in fase di prenotazione, quindi se avessi avuto necessità di accedere con una sedia a rotelle non avrei potuto. A parte questo aspetto (per il quale dunque consiglio di specificare o chiedere info precise) soddisfattissimo. Ecco, toh, magari un canale TV in italiano non farebbe male.

바로 직전 숙소에서 데야서 그런지 여기 좋아보였는데 객관적으로 쓰자면 일단 넓고 식기구나 여리해먹을수이ㅛ는건 좋음 근데 문제는 키받는게 좀 짜증ㅋㅋㅋㅋ받는게 아니고 먼저 한 일주일전에 쳌인메일 보내먄 걔네가 답장으로 키 받는 법 알려줌 문앞에 키박스 이ㅛ음 그냥 유럽 특징인가 체크인자체가 짜증나지만 일단...키를 겟 하고 들어가면 넓고..나름 깨끗하고 거미가 천장에 있긴한데 너무 높아서 못내려올거 같고 연인끼리가먄 음 침대가 낣은데 작은거 매트리스 두개 붙야놓은거라 개불편 ㅎㅎㅎ 친구는 괜찮을 듯 ㅋㅋ 숙소 위치는 난 좋아따 나름 조용하면서 시내가는거 가깝고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The apartment and area are really quiet, convenient and safe. Fast internet, huge bathroom and even has a washer/dryer. Everything you need really. The only downside for me was the pillows and the bed were not the most comfortable.

Comfy flat tucked away in the culturally diverse District 10 Favoriten. Space feels like a home away from home with all the amenities. Close to public transportation, parks and shopping. Real slice of Vienna.

Charming little flat in the culturally diverse District 10. Small but purposeful. Strong internet, minutes walk to the metro/bus lines. Water and Heat work strong. Also comes with a washer/dryer. Area is very quiet and a nice departure from all the tourist action. Only gripe would be uncomfortable pillows and only one towel given.

Service war OK. Lage war schnell zur erreichen zur HB. Zur Sauberkeit kann ich leider nicht positives sagen, da es sehr staubig und schmutzig war.Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt leider, deshalb habe ich mich auch beschwert. Nach 2 Stunden kam dann die Putzpersonal und sie sagten mir das Sie nur 17 min.Zeit hätten die Zimmer zu räumen und sie nichts dafür können.Echt Schade bei so einer Zentralen Lage in einem staubigen und schmutzigen Appartment zu sein.

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit kurzem Weg zur UBahn. Wir hatten Probleme an den Schlüssel zu kommen, haben kurz den Service angerufen und das Problem wurde gelöst. Zum Punkt Sauberkeit: Im groben und ganzen war alles sauber. Allerdings war der Abfluss in der Dusche voller Haare, was mit einem einfachen Handgriff gereinigt hätte werden können.

Upon arriving we couldn't find it, as the building on number 29 didn't seem like a place I wanted to be. I have no experience with two-star accommodation, but to me the building and the neighborhood seems like a 0-star environment, as is the the entire inside of the (residential) building. Inside the refurbished apartment it was ok for 2 star, I think. But only two towels for the whole stay? I expected two bedrooms, but the second bedroom only just fitted the bed, and there was merely a 40 cm strip to walk (would have been a cosy room for a baby cot). As we were there for a big party on Sunday evening, I needed a late check out. I have gotten one hour, but as they could very well organise the cleaning of only THREE units differently, my 12.00 request could have been easily honored. But that's not the reason I mention it: I requested a second key and this would be left in the unit fitted outside, next to the door. To our surprise it was left INSIDE the apartment. Normally this would be ok, but as a package with green tea, wrapped in foil was missing we were wondering what type of personnel is employed with this renter. The wrapped foil and the green tea look like drugs at first sight. Knowing we are from the Netherlands, the wrapped foil makes it extra interesting. But my main concern is that anyone stealing this is not a person you want entering your apartment when you're out?

Terriable Customer service, I have never seen such thing on my entire life. They don't care wether you are in problem or not. Though I have mail my check in time, they didn't made ready for the room key. When I reach there and made call for the key I have to wait for 2 hrs even they didn't turn on . They didn't even call me back. I have to book another hotel then and there. God!!!

세탁기 잇는데 세제없었고 건조대 망가져있었고 개미 엄청 많았고 열쇠 어덯게 얻는지 먼저 언질이 없어서 겁나 헤매다 당일 숙소앞에서 메일 보내니 답장은 빨랐지만 아무튼 겁나 힘들었음 전체적으로 맘에 드는건 지하철역과 6분거리? 정도

Once arrived in the apartment, the apartment was cold and no hot water was available, even though the outside temperature was 7 degrees Celsius below 0?! Once called the hotline the Technician was there in about an hour. He fix it immediately but still we had to wait for heating and hot water for an hour. This is not acceptable. The apartment was nice and comfortable, beds very good, and a free parking is a plus.Close to the public transport and 3 stations from the Ring. Definitely place to stay if you are young couple not planning to drive around nor have any meals in the apartment. Otherwise could be a challenge as it's very poorly equipped. No towels, only 3 small ones for face! Cutlery as well.... And one more negative experience was different price from the one advertising on Hotels.com site. ( we payed about 20€ more?!) The last but not the least, for a 35€ cleanning fee, the dust around the furniture and below the beds could be avoided!
