Mycket fint hotell, ett tips bara. Köp in bäddmadrass till sängarna för ännu bättre sömn.

Really well run hotel .. first class breakfast .. grand rooms with nice spacious bathrooms .. 2 mns to the opera house and 10 mns to best shopping area and restaurants

Great property with a fantastic location. Well worth the money. Service was incredible and rooms were beautiful.

何より立地がいいです♪ 各劇場や駅に近いので夜遅くなっても心配ないです。スーパーも隣りにあり便利もいい｡ ホテルのスタッフさんも親切ですし、お部屋にも満足しました。 今回5泊しましたが､又機会があれば泊まりたいです。

WE ENJOYED STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY, IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THAT A VISITOR WOULD WANT TO SEE.

Big rooms, spotless and very quiet. Not impressed with bedding, duvet too short for bed, no spare blankets.

A Pleasant Stay but Some Drawbacks We had a good time during our stay, and I must commend the staff for being very helpful and attentive throughout. Their excellent service really stood out. The hotel itself is nice but feels dated in parts. Our room was a good size, which we appreciated, but it was far too hot. Unfortunately, the heating system only allows for warming the room this time of year, with no option for cooling. We ended up turning off the heat and opening the window, which led to a lot of noise from the road and people outside—making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the shower is located in the bath, which is not ideal for those who prefer a standalone shower. Overall, while we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, a few improvements could really enhance the experience. Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!

City center, great location, the best staff service

Outstanding experience, friendly customer service, perfect location and first class facilities including super bars and restaurants. We could not have been happier with our stay and would personally thank this wonderful team for an early Christmas present.

Bath towels were smaller than normal size and very thin. No Q tips. Thats all

Superb staff, very friendly and helpful. Stunning room, with very high ceilings, tile, bidet , and more. Location is central to the old town.
