Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in.
Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert.
Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand.
Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.
Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

I stayed at this hotel during my mountain vacation in Austria and had mixed impressions.
### Positive aspects:
- *Rooms*: The rooms were big and comfortable.
- *Spa*: The spa was super nice and a highlight of the stay.
- *Outdoors*: The outside of the hotel was beautiful, surrounded by mountain scenery ideal for a mountain vacation.
- *Location*: The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying activities in the mountains.
- *Breakfast*: The breakfast was great.
- *Server*: The server Mehrez was the best of the best. He was so friendly and super attentive with us.
### Negative aspects:
- *Bistro lunch menu*: The lunch menu at the Bistro was bad. The soup and sandwich were like nothing.

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Fin restaurant med veldig god frokost og middag, spa- og badeavdeligen med egen lunsjbar er tipp topp. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett i nærheten av hotellet, både rundt / i Seefeld og oppe i fjellet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire. The sauna and pool are a major highlight as well - the pool is heated and half indoor, half outdoor. We swam in the snow! We also took advantage of the Finnish textile-free sauna, which was awesome. Perfect way to recover and relax after skiing, or after a particularly long night out :)
Overall we absolutely loved this place, had the time of our lives here. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip.
25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare.
Great hotel and spotlessly clean.
Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes.
Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely.
Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts.
It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal.
Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races.
We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited.
All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

Es hat einfach alles soweit gepasst. Das einzige was ein wenig nervt ist die nicht vorhandene Dusche in unserem Zimmer . Die ist an der Badewanne integriert. Man muß sich schon ziemlich verrenken um zu duschen.

I recently stayed at Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a wonderful mix of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty, perfect for a rejuvenating mountain escape.
Room:
While the room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Alps, it felt a bit dated. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear and could use a refresh. However, the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere more than made up for this. The balcony was a great place to relax. Though, there were no in-room tea and coffee maker during my stay.
Facilities:
The spa and wellness area were incredible! The saunas, steam room, and relaxation areas were just what we needed after a day outdoors. The heated indoor pool was beautiful, but the pool’s floor could use some attention as several tiles were starting to wear off. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting.
Dining:
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, including local specialties. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant in the evening, and the food was delicious, with a great balance of regional and international cuisine. The service was attentive and friendly.

Das Krumers kennen wir noch als es Dorint war. Es ist ein wunderbares Wellnesshotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer immer noch wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt und sehr groß, aber ein Modernisierung könnte inzwischen nicht schaden. Der Adults Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist sehr schön! Allerdings sieht man beim Restaurant, dass der Service sehr unter Personalmangel leidet. Man wartet auf Getränke etc. unverhältnismäßig lange. Trotz allem immer wieder gerne!

Et fantastisk, romslig og flott beliggende hotell med en utmerket service! Vi har bodd her flere ganger, denne gangen ankom vi sent etter en lang kjøretur gjennom Europa. Fantastisk mottakelse og innsjekk av nattevakten, som virkelig fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne. Rommet var romslig og velutstyrt, bortsett fra at vi (som vanlig) savnet aircondition. Fin restaurant med veldig god frokost og middag, spa- og badeavdeligen med egen lunsjbar er tipp topp. Fantastiske turmuligheter rett i nærheten av hotellet, både rundt / i Seefeld og oppe i fjellet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Tolles Essen, guter Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig, aber vor allem der Saunabereich Adults only (textilfrei) ist sehr modern und schön gemacht.

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.

This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. Most of our evenings were spent at the hotel bar / lounge area drinking delicious dark beers from the bar and playing cards by the fire. The sauna and pool are a major highlight as well - the pool is heated and half indoor, half outdoor. We swam in the snow! We also took advantage of the Finnish textile-free sauna, which was awesome. Perfect way to recover and relax after skiing, or after a particularly long night out :)
Overall we absolutely loved this place, had the time of our lives here. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip.
25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare.
Great hotel and spotlessly clean.
Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes.
Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely.
Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts.
It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal.
Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races.
We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited.
All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year

Es hat einfach alles soweit gepasst. Das einzige was ein wenig nervt ist die nicht vorhandene Dusche in unserem Zimmer . Die ist an der Badewanne integriert. Man muß sich schon ziemlich verrenken um zu duschen.

Medium: Zimmertemperatur nicht regulierbar und bei offenem Fenster laute Umgehungsstraße. Zimmer sind ok, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Was für uns wichtiger war: Sehr gutes Essen, sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr gutes Fitnessstudio, sehr freundliches Personal.

I recently stayed at Krumers Alpin - Your Mountain Oasis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a wonderful mix of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty, perfect for a rejuvenating mountain escape.
Room:
While the room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Alps, it felt a bit dated. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear and could use a refresh. However, the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere more than made up for this. The balcony was a great place to relax. Though, there were no in-room tea and coffee maker during my stay.
Facilities:
The spa and wellness area were incredible! The saunas, steam room, and relaxation areas were just what we needed after a day outdoors. The heated indoor pool was beautiful, but the pool’s floor could use some attention as several tiles were starting to wear off. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting.
Dining:
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, including local specialties. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant in the evening, and the food was delicious, with a great balance of regional and international cuisine. The service was attentive and friendly.

Ein tolles Hotel, Zimmer zwar etwas älter aber sehr sauber und schön. Wellnessbereich, Restaurant und Empfang groß und sehr schön modernisiert. Das Essen war wirklich top.

Das Krumers kennen wir noch als es Dorint war. Es ist ein wunderbares Wellnesshotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer immer noch wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt und sehr groß, aber ein Modernisierung könnte inzwischen nicht schaden. Der Adults Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist sehr schön! Allerdings sieht man beim Restaurant, dass der Service sehr unter Personalmangel leidet. Man wartet auf Getränke etc. unverhältnismäßig lange. Trotz allem immer wieder gerne!
