Nothing that Pacific clean hotel the room is clean. The bed is comfortable. Staff is nice that’s all.

If you want a nice place to stay out of the main centre like we did, this is a lovely hotel. We caught the tram into the city when we needed.

L'accueil a été très bon, la chambre vraiment confortable. Il y avait du café soluble et du thé vert à disposition ainsi qu'une petite bouilloire et des tasses et verres, un petit frigo. Des linges en suffisance, ainsi que des articles d'hygiène comme de la ouate, un bonnet de bain, etc dans la salle de bain. Par contre, l'air est toujours contrôlé et ça fait toujours un ronron que je trouvais fatigant. Pas terrible côté économie d'électricité non plus... surtout en avril... sommes restées trois nuits et c'était vraiment très agréable. Le seul bemol serait la situation géographique. C'est bien de ne pas être au centre-ville mais là, c'est compliqué avec les transports publics. Surtout que ces derniers étant pour certaines lignes (de bus) en travaux, ils nous a parfois été difficile de rentrer.

Hotel overall was clean and comfortable, further out from city than we would have liked but once you get to grips with public transport it is ok, lots of Ubers as well to get around. Google maps is brilliant if you put your start and end location it gives you route options with u bahn, bus and tram numbers and timings. The hotel does not however cater to guests needs. The restaurant is purely for grou bookings and there is nothing the area to go and have a drink or meal, so best to stay in town to eat. On our first full night we were told we could not bu s drink from the bar as they were two busy serving around 12 people in the restaurant, they would serve us if they had time. If we had realised this we would have stayed in town. We ordered pizza delivery rather than spending another 30 min to get back into town. Vienna was beautiful but a bad choice for hotel unfortunately. We did not check out the gym and spa so can not comment on it.

We liked the space of the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the fitness and sauna area and got to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We would definitely stay there again and recommended the hotel.

Ontzettend fijn, netjes en rustig hotel. Bedden liggen zalig en het was super rustig en stil. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij raden het zeer aan.
Openbaar vervoer was wel een dingetje. Konden we niet goed vinden. Ligt enigszins afgelegen.

Begrüßung bei Erreichen der Rezeption ein aufsehen einer offensichtlich sehr desinteressierten Dame und die erste Frage kreditkarte und Ausweis...? gesamte Buchung inklusive Frühstück wurde bereits im Vorhinein bezahlt also auch keine Notwendigkeit die kreditkarte zum hinterlegen. !! Sauna ist zu klein dass man sich nicht mal umdrehen kann drei liegen wir waren insgesamt sechs Personen in der Sauna wie soll das funktionieren?

I liked how close it was to shops, transport can be expensive but if you have a car this would be a great place. The only reason I gave 2 stars for staff was because when I went to check out and give my card to the 24hour reception, no one was there, I waited 5 minutes and walked around no one was there. So I just wrote my name on an envelope with my cards inside and left it on the desk. I saw the night before that there was no one at the desk aswell
