The hotel was great, we didn't have any problems with the stay. The room was clean, beautiful and the condition was as good as new. I would recommend the room with a mountain view (with balcony). The room has two huge windows, so you really do get an great view to the mountains. The hotel locates in a very good spot (lots of restaurants, shops, museums, the golden roof etc is near). Hotel staff was really friendly. Breakfast is a bit pricy but very good and comprehensive.

This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße.

Check in took about 20mins in line before we got our room- then the “panoramic mountain view” was more like a view of the high school from the lower floor we had with the mountains above but was majority building- then unfortunately every night of our stay the bar next door did extensive glass recycling from 2-5am so we slept really poorly. Bathroom lacks basics like conditioner and the hair dryer in our room barely worked.
