The room was clean and spacious. The staff was amazing, Hassan and Akash made sure I was taking care. The customer service was amazing. The room service is fast and the food was great... This was my 5th time staying at the Wyndham Garden hotel. Very nice restaurants inside the hotel with a rooftop bar/lounge on the 28th floor with spectacular view of the city. The music was perfect. Great place for 1st date or to spice up your relationship. You will not be disappointed. The mall is a 5 min walk across the street.

Despite being a regular, on mentioning it at checkout I was just told, "hopefully it will be better next time, inshallah"! To list the issues with the room. To list the issues in the room. The toilet seat fell off. The shower head had no holder so impossible to shower with both hands. The sink was broken and the plug wouldn't remove.

ALL ROOM VERY POOR STAF ARE NON COOPERATIVE AT ALL STARTING FROM THE RECEPTION TEAM TO THE PORTERS AND ROOM SERVICE. ROOM SELECTED EARLIER WAS NOT THE ONE I STAYED IN AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 18>30 PM IF I WOULD LIKE TO STAY TO THE SELECTED ROOM WHILE BOOKING.THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. BREAKFAT OPTIONS ARE POOR AND NOT FRESH. I DRAGGED MY BAGS UP AND DOWN WITH NO HELP FROM PORTERS AND NO BODY WAS KEEN AT LEAST TO SATISFY MY NEEDS. IF DAYS GO BACK I WILL NEVER CHOOSE SUCH POOR HOTEL AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY OTHE RGUETS. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Lovely experience at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Friendly and pleasant to interact with. Located conveniently too. Would love to visit again and highly recommend this place

ALL ROOM VERY POOR STAF ARE NON COOPERATIVE AT ALL STARTING FROM THE RECEPTION TEAM TO THE PORTERS AND ROOM SERVICE. FIRST AND NOT LAST CHECK IN TIME IS TO LATE, NO BODY IS PICKING UP THE PHONE TO ANSWER MY CALLS SPECIALLY RECEPTION TEAM WHICH I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ALLOVER MY PAST STAYS IN ANY OTHER HOTEL WORLDWIDE. ROOM SELECTED EARLIER WAS NOT THE ONE I STAYED IN AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 18>30 PM IF I WOULD LIKE TO STAY TO THE SELECTED ROOM WHILE BOOKING.THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. BREAKFAT OPTIONS ARE POOR AND NOT FRESH. I DRAGGED MY BAGS UP AND DOWN WITH NO HELP FROM PORTERS AND NO BODY WAS KEEN AT LEAST TO SATISFY MY NEEDS. IF DAYS GO BACK I WILL NEVER CHOOSE SUCH POOR HOTEL AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY OTHE RGUETS. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Stay here was perfect, as always. Zahra is an Angel and the rest of the front desk staff are always warm and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and the bed, comfortable. My go-to hotel in the five years traveling to Bahrain.
