Very kind staff accommodated my request to keep my bag with them overnight one day before I actually checked in restaurant on site and Wi-Fi tea and microwave in room
You can walk straight down the road to the beach and it is also convenient for the number 11 bus which takes you into Oustins

I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!

Everything was great however took one star off because the shower wouldn’t get hot in our room. The breakfast at the restaurant was lovely, we had it delivered to our room. Rooms are clean and modern.

Room was ok but it did not have a blanket or comforter, just a very thin sheet. The shower area can be improved as water settles after taking a bath on the bathroom floor. The shower pressure was also low at times. However, the staff were great.

The room was not the greatest but it was doable. We asked for our room to be tended to daily, the cleaner only changed our towels when asked. she only made the bed and didnt change our coffee cups and left garbage there for days. The bins were not emptied either.
Mister Hal made our stay, he was friendly, always had great advice and was never too busy to assist. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful.

Staff was very pleasant, especially Hal at the bar, but the property was not what it looks like in the photos. This is more of a motel than a hotel. No cleaning service for rooms, outdoor area is not very well kept, and pool area is very small.

I had a nice 2-night stay here. I so appreciated the hotel staff staying longer at reception so we could check in, as our tour went later than expected. Check-in was smooth and I felt accommodated. The hotel itself is small, but comfortable and nice. The room had everything we needed, bed was comfy. I appreciated the balcony right over the pool area, as well as having on site dining. Breakfast could have been better quality, but the convenience was nice. The hotel is located right on the main street, so it's easy to catch a taxi. It's also a 5-minute walk from beautiful Maxwell Beach. I would stay here again.

The reviews for this hotel were excellent. So I booked it for a two day stay. It’s on the main road, so it’s convenient. I arrived after 6, when reception closes, but there was someone there to give us the keys. The walk in and dining area are pleasant appearing. The room I booked was smaller than it appears in photos. I should have checked the dimensions. I was disappointed but that was my fault. The first problem I noticed was the face basin was small and not draining well so water would splash back when I had to brush my teeth. There was cold- lukewarm water only. The worst bit however was the mildew on the old shower hose. It was thick I could scrape it with my fingernail.The towels seemed to be washed in bleach and they had a very raw smell. There was mildew on the walls also. When the room was checked for readiness for a guest, I can understand how they thought putting a guest in that condition bathroom was appropriate. They broke their no refund policy and allowed me to check out early so that was a positive.
