Every staff member treated the customers like royalty. They were so friendly and welcoming. The property was breathtaking. A great spot for respite and relaxation. My mom and I went on the horseback ride. Highly recommend as it was very reasonable and an actual "in jungle" adventure. The guide was so funny and provided a memory to last a lifetime

Chaa Creek is magical. The property is incredible, staff were amazing, food was exceptional, activities fantastic and well organized, and a legitimate eco lodge. Very unique experience. And family friendly for all ages.

Beautiful and expansive property with a lot to do and offer. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food and drinks were great. The property is surrounded by nature so naturally bugs are present. Overall great place to stay!

Fantastic. An oasis of luxury in a tropical forest. The grounds are amazing - like staying in a botanical garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All meals at the on-site restaurant were excellent. Pool is fantastic. Only drawback is no air conditioning. It does cool off just a little by late at night, but the humidity is real. During the day, jumping in the pool is a great way to cool off.
Well located for day excursions to nearby Mayan ruins including Xunantunich and the must-do ATM cave.

Fantastic stay at The Lodge at Chaa Creek. The team couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. Each person we interacted with was genuine, thoughtful, and was passionate about Belize! I recommend everyone book the cooking class through the hotel.
