I literally don’t have one complaint. I came to Belize for my birthday and starting weeks out, Tres Cocos was in communication with me, explaining how everything would work and seeing if we had any special requests or needed accommodations. While there, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. The pool was clean and cute, right next to a bar and food. The front desk staff was always available. Everything was perfect and I am glad to have stayed here!

Absolutely amazing. Great property. Amazing condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 2 patios!!). great property. Great communication. Nice to have the restaurant and bar on property (with pool, darts and games and great food, service and drinks). Just north of town so great location between town and secret beach. We had an issue in the unit that they responded to so quickly. I’m definitely staying here again !

Staff here are amazing, everyone from front desk to the cleaners and the landscape guys. These guys truly care about your experience. My only complaint was I wish I had stayed in a more upgraded unit, I knew it’d be basic but it was a little beyond that. It ended up being fine and we had a wonderful time.

Amazing stay at Tres Cocos resort. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath room m had everything we needed for a family trip. Management helped with transportation, restaurant ideas and was perfectly situated on the Island.

What we expected. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Convenient location. Sargassum was way worse than expected creating an odor over entire area, but not much the condo could do about it. It was a problem on the Winward side of the entire island.

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for myself and adult son 2 veranda . Washer dry in unit was very convenient as we travel light. Staff was very helpful with everything. Cart delivered to property. Little or no place to put clothes. Not even a bench to place your suitcase to make it more convenient to live out of your suitcase.
Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and the porch made for very comfortable seating to experience the ocean view and warm ocean breeze.
The convenience of the Dog House for a drink and good food was very nice.

This is a very nice property, and we were really happy with the condo - clean, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean, nice front porch/balcony. The service was also great - they booked a golf cart for us, as well as a snorkelling trip, and we could exchange towels and beach towels whenever we needed to. And this is a nicely located property - easy drive to town, but not too close, and an easy drive to the Truck Stop, which has great pizzas, among other food options. But the sargassum in the water directly in front of the property (and all properties on this side of the island) meant we couldn’t go in the sea. This is not the property’s fault. It’s probably the fault of agricultural and mining run-off from the Amazon, global warming, etc. I think this is seasonal (spring and summer), so maybe this wouldn’t be a problem in winter. I don’t know. Our solution was to go on a few snorkelling trips and to spend our time on the Secret Beach side of the island, where the water is crystal clear turquoise and absolutely beautiful. And the road there is not as bad as people say - a little bumpy, but not bad.

We loved every second of our stay here. So clean, so immaculate and well designed/decorated. The pool was warm, the drinks were cold and the staff was amazing. Definitely coming back!
