Best place i ever stayed

The room was not the best, or at least not the okay ones. No single conveniently located power outlet, all to be reached behind furniture or bed Breakfast was not half of continental, which they claimed. Cottage was on upper level with not easy access. Check out was a hell, even though I informed previous day of the same with no access to leave any message or to pay bills. I settled it later. I waited 15 min to check I. Not to find a single person in the hotel to check me in Psssssttttttt.....

Was charged for an extra room!

Nice property, quiet location. Short walk to the ferry to Hamilton. Short walk to the bus stops. Restaurant was absolutely one of the best meals we've ever experienced. Servers and manager were extremely helpful. Great wine list.

My suite at Fourways Inn was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the views through the bedroom and living room doors, which we opened whenever we were there. The staff delivered our continental breakfast (fresh and tasty fruit & pastries) each morning with a smile within the timeframe requested. The grounds have an old-world charm, which does need some updating, though. The only drawback of our stay occurred early in the morning of our last night. The alarms went off around 1:30 a.m., forcing some of us out of our rooms and toward the reception area, hoping for information. When quiet returned, we had to assume everything was fine, since no one from the management made a call, announcement, or apology for the disturbance. Neither was a concession offered since some of us were unable to go back to sleep. On the other hand, our family restaurant experience was perfect. We had a private area to accommodate our group of 13. We couldn't believe the variety and portions of the fixed-price menu. Service and food were beyond excellent, and the dessert soufflés are to die for. If the hotel undergoes some modernization, I will consider returning as a guest. I definitely will return as a diner.

ok it was a large room, nice little kitchen area, living room was nice and the bedroom large. However, the acs didn't work on heat, there was no TV in the bedroom and the hot water took forever to get hot......there was also a chip in the countertop near the right basin.......oh and none of the outlets in the bedroom work and nor did the clock work......I did report all of this to the front desk. They said they are going to upgrading everything......so next year it should be good.........they really shouldn't rent the room unless everything is in working order or let the guest know beforehand that it is not!

The bed was absolutely awful but until I said something we were able to change rooms they are going to be renovated very soon with brand new beds furniture and linens. Alex the property manager was just marvelous and Andy was very very nice too! Both very very accommodating

Problems of bugs in my room

Bedspread needs to be replaced. Patio with table and chairs was nice.

Amazing people

Public bus stops very dirty -be better if Inn would provide pickup to and from airport- pool was very dated tile broken and black mold up under the sides -the information books inside the room are outdated for most everything - suites should provide air oven for cooking purposes as we could not afford to eat in the restaurant or the Inn guests should get a good 50% discount to eat in restaurants

5star restaurant. Try the Sunday brunch.

If you want to not feel like you’re surrounded by a bunch of tourists and want a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay with excellent customer service that feels like a bed & breakfast, this is the place to stay. Andreas seemed to almost always be working and available, whether for helpful information or conversation. The individualized attention quickly set this place apart from a mega resort. The other kinds of guests who stay here are quiet and respectful, and the only time you knew if anyone else was there was looking at everyone eat breakfast from their balconies or patios. The location of Fourways is near a bus stop and in the middle of Bermuda, making it easy to explore as much as you want. It’s also within walking distance of the Railway Trail, especially great for running. There are some restaurants and a take out spot within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is also delicious for a splurge meal. Locals all told us how great the restaurant was, and we even met people who had gone there on their honeymoon years ago. We did not try any of the paid breakfasts but happily took the delivered fruit, pastry, and coffee each morning. I would highly recommend this place, even if some of the photos are grainy because they don’t do it justice.

Check in person had no clue how to check the reservation. To put a card of file for incidentals they wrote it on a piece of paper. Room was not clean. Door was rusted. Insects everywhere. The 'free' continental breakfast is a joke. They gave 4 pieces of fruit, 6 tiny pastries with coffee for two adults and one infant. We asked for a crib. They gave a crib with no bkanket or pillow. The restaurant is over priced and portions are small. I guess thats how they can give one of the chepest rooms by getting you on the food.

Friendly staff!

Our stay at Fourways Inn was great. Huge room with a great view. Breakfast was brought to us on a tray every morning, with fresh food and delicious pastries. This hotel only has 11 rooms, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We hired E-bikes while we were in Bermuda and the lovely hotel managers Alex and Andreas made sure we had a safe place to keep and charge them overnight. They were very knowledgable about Bermuda and always ready to give advice about local destinations. Would definitely recommend.

Staff amazing. Customer service, top tier. Loved that it was tucked away to a peaceful oasis. Would definitely book again
