Art Hotel

The room was as described. Very clean - good location, parking was a bit tricky but worked out fine after I became more familiar with the area. However, the noise was not great. The shared lobby with the other rooms offered no sound proofing and everything was loud in the morning. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the restaurant next door - ok during the week, but Friday night - oh boy - it was a rocking! The music was so loud it was actually vibrating my room. Really not good. I see other reviews had some issues with hot water, I did notice it but I wasn't taking a shower at "normal" times so worked out ok for me - I did notice the hot water lacking during the morning.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE First of all the owners don't respond to messages or emails, when we got there the door of our room was damaged like it was broken into. When we opened the door we got a strong smell of mold which there was mold all around the window, also there were small roaches in the bathroom and the hot water didn't work most of the time. We barely got any sleep due to the obnoxious noises of the revving motorcycles that can be heard very loud inside the room.

No on site parking but close local free parking was always available Hot water or LACK of should I say was the only issue!!! Great area to walk down to all the restaurants and stores.

Good location with kitchenette facilities. Good wifi. Would have liked a more comfortable chair but overall this was an excellent choice at its price point. Reception/front desk is in the adjoining store. Housekeeping upon request.

I had an overall good experience as a young women solo traveling. My room was very clean, neat, just right for me. Although I will note that communication isn’t the best. I did simply follow the instructions that seem to be automated when I booked and was fine. I will say that there is no actual front desk/lobby , there’s only someone available from 9-5 at the shop that is attached to the hotel which was very easy to find and a simple process to check in but I did reach out on expedia, whatsapp and email to clarify my check in time and as the email told me to and I got no reply so , I can see how checking in after 5pm may be a problem when it comes to reaching someone. The only other thing I will agree with is there is no hot water for showering. Otherwise, I did feel very safe as you need a key card to get into the hotel and obviously your key to get into your room so although there’s no additional security , I was fine. I liked that its in the middle of town so its easy to walk to most restaurants and piers for boat rides however, at night it is loud from the driving of the four wheelers and bikes but I did not mind that and slept fine. Overall, it is worth the price I just wish there was hot water for my shower.

Perfect location with a great coffee shop downstairs. Clean and simple. However you may not get a hot shower. It’s walkable to everything you need. Shopping. Water taxi, bars, Restaurants. I would recommend. For the price can’t beat it. Safe for solo female travellers.

Mooie centrale ligging. Zee was vlakbij. Genoeg keuzes in eetgelegenheden en uitgaansgelegenheden in de omgeving. Ook voor nachtelijk entertainment. De kamer was ruim, heel netjes en schoon. En dat voor een schappelijke prijs. Al met al, we komen zeker een keer terug.

Hospitality aspect is poor. Execution of the front desk questionable. Located in the heart of town is good, just terrible noise from traffic, racing and scandalous motorcycle noise and boom bass music during the night.

The rooms are fantastically designed. The automatic in and out worked well. Only comment is that i woyld have wanted to get a new set of towels. But otherwise i will be back.

Check in wasn't good. There's no one there so you have call and call and text until you get a response. Then the person will explain how to get in the building and get your room key. The location is good and walkable to shops and restaurants. You are able to hear a lot of outside noise but it wasn't terrible

Centrally located. Clean room. Balcony. Kitchenette facility if needed. Supermarket close by. Easy access! Nice stay.

Perfecte locatie

Picked this location for part of my trip due to its location, which was perfect to keep me close for what I needed, but that was the extent of it. Staff was limited - they weren’t responsive at all via WhatsApp (which was their mode of communication), and I only saw housekeeping the day of check in and couldn’t ask for more towels (they only gave one bath towel for my four night day stay there).

The TV in the room 11 isn't working and the owner of the property didnt show off to help with this issue, so i stay in the room without no TV. THE front desk cannot help with, they call the owner of the property without succes, i also did it but poor reaction of the property. This was my bad experience with the room. I have to say it is a nice place to stay, but a bad experience a room without TV and the property were willingness to fix this situation

For a 3 days stay was this hotel de perfect stay with a mini kitchen and fridge.Hotel is central.Supermarket restaurant and shops are 5 min walk.
