We love this hotel. We have stayed at several different hotels in Gaborone on past visits. This one is our favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet. We also liked that it was a very short walk to Riverwalk shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Food was mostly well prepared, although some improvement is needed (e.g., grilled chicken burger was dry and over cooked).

Everything was great. The only drawback was I chose to eat at the restaurant in the Lodge one of the nights. It took over 50 minutes for my food to arrive. Otherwise everything was good.

The property is conveniently located near the Riverwalk Mall. The service is great, restaurant food was amazing, the drinks at the bar were great.
The room was cleaned very well everyday for the week I was there and the staff were friendly.
It was definitely good value for my money.

But it had some issues.
The key card had to be reprogrammed at the reception Every Day !
The pool was derty !
There was beggars running around the parking - not the best security !

I booked this property for my wife. The facilities were acceptable but the service was quite poor. It seems the front desk needs proper training. They could not find her Orbitz booking at check-in for a long time and did not apologise. It happened again at check-out. Overall it seemed like they were not well trained for the hospitality industry. There are better options in Gaborone.

My room was lovely and very spacious. I had a king size mattress which troubled me as the sheet didn’t fit properly and there was no mattress protector. Other than that it had everything you would need even a bar fridge. The bathroom was very clean with extra lighting.
