The staff were very helpful and the concierge was very knowledgeable of the local area - directing us to some great local attractions.

I just want to express how pleased I was with my stay here. Before I even arrived, Alice effortlessly arranged for pickup from the airport for me and left me a nice little chocolate treat in my room upon arrival. Marcos the bellman was sweet and very helpful as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My only gripe (its an important one) was that they initially placed me in a room in an isolated corner near a stairwell,housekeeping closet & a strange LOUD humming noise. Also, the room phone didn't work.But as soon as I raised concerns, Marcos (bellman) personally went downstairs and got me a key for a better room. I am a happy girl!

O hotel é bonito e moderno, quarto confortável, limpo, banheiro bom e ducha ótima. Tem acesso a um restaurante do próprio hotel e outro que é estrelado. A localização é excelente, o atendimento impecável. Destaque para o Luís que é muito gentil.

Nicely refurbished property, but let down by the service, bearing in mind this hotel costs double similarly nice hotels in the local area.
I arrived early from an overnight flight, and enquired about early check in (having been told this was an option they offer), but the front desk person simply shrugged and bluntly stated check in was 2pm. No attempt to check if a room was available earlier.
The following morning I tried to get access to the pool at 6am as advertised. Went to front desk and was laughed at, the reply being the pool opened at 8am. Even at 8am I had to get someone to begrudgingly go and unlock it.
Avoid this hotel if you want service/facilities that match the price

(1) CAFE DA MANHA: O mais decepcionante foi o cafe da manha, que nao tinha padrao, as opcoes de alimentos quentes era limitada, e espera-se que um hotel como este tenha boas maquinas de cafe expresso/outras bebidas quentes disponiveis no cafe da manha a vontade para o cliente se servir. Os funcionarios do cafe da manha podem demorar para dar as boas vindas aos clientes que chegam. Por examplo, os sucos em garrafa, embora naturais, nao tem informacao nutricional; havia pratos quentes sem o rotulo descritivo do que esta a se comer; (2) O quarto foi OK, embora pequeno, mas restrito em termos de cortesia, como limitado numero de capsulas de cafe (nem sempre repostas), etc.

Perfectly fine Hilton. We were warned several times to keep our phones in our pockets on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel because of frequent thefts taking phones right out of peoples' hands. The area seems safe during the day but at night take an Uber.

Adoramos o hotel. Super bem localizado, confortável, ótimo café da manhã, equipe da recepção nota mil! A única observação refere-se à manutenção do frigobar. Em nossa chegada, fui pegar um chocolate no frigobar e percebemos que havia um aberto, pela metade. Havia também somente 1 cápsula de café. Reportei o assunto à recepção e ficou resolvido.
