Green Centre Point Inn

The room I selected showed a balcony picture and said there was a balcony there wasn't, said there was hot water there was none,said they spoke English they didn't, said there was a newspaper there wasn't,safe in room was broken,they didn't even have my booking when I arrived,the small window in the room wasn't to the outside just a vent,room had plastic flowers and very claustrophobic,too small .Internet was barely usable, couldn't connect 90 percent of the time,the lobby is a store.Good location,lots of money changers,Central market very close,bank with ATM just down the street,good coffee cafe right next door,about 20 minutes walk to river front. Not a place I would recommend .

I know the place and its perfect location. Unfortunately, the taxi driver bringing my girlfriend from the airport pretended he could not find it and finally dropped her at a 'friend's' hotel.

First off..the picture in the list IS NOT THS HOTEL. There are air fresheners everywhere and my room stunk like vomit. The couple running the hotel are the absolute laziest 2 humans in Cambodia and will do nothing to help you in any way. They had no idea how to look up my reservation and just took a picture of my phone screen. The man will never smile or give you any politeness at all and just lays on the couch all day watching his phone. THERE IS NO WIFI HERE!

Poor counter service. Can’t speak English. Slow check in due to mess up in booking .

たまたま開いていたのか広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ホテルの前は国際空港へダイレクトに行ける路線バスの停留所で交通費の節約になりました。

Room service requests were handled in timely manner and location is conveniently located close to many good food places.

There was a problem as the front desk didnt have my reservation. Took almost 20mins to solve it. It was a bad start. They had to make several calls before i was given a room. The room was comfortable to stay in. But could do away with too much of decorative items eg flowers at the tables as it took up space. Providing a table to write would be better. Otherwise, it was JUST NICE

Good location, nice tiny room. No breakfast. Staff was friendly. Some of them speak better English than others...

4 day stay to visit relatives. Have stayed at this hotel before. The hotel is new and in good condition but is let down badly by housekeeping. Our room was cleaned and towels changed just once during our 4 day stay and that was only after we had to ask. There is renovation work in the building next door so there were jackhammers working from 8am-5pm every day including Sunday. Location is good near the central market and just 10 minute walk to the riverside.

The location is excellent: steps away from the Central Market, Sorya shopping mall and bus station, walking distance to virtually all the fun in Phnom Penh. Clean room, steady Wi-Fi, very good bathroom. The only trouble was that the room had no balcony, neither was there a smoking area within the hotel so I had to go outdoors to smoke, but that's not really much of a problem. Will definitely stay there again and recommend.

Very basic room, no breakfast. Ok for budget travel.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kleine kamer met raam op muur. Maar alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. De ligging is op loopafstand van het waterfront waar restaurants en de nachtmarkt zijn, en het ligt bijna naast de centrale markt en het busstation.

For the price it is a good option. Very clean and centrally located. Very close to the Soryo bus station. A little trouble communicatung in english with staff but manageable.

Hotel was good and clean, close to everything we wanted to see.

Dont have it in hotel and they should had it. I tr avel alots of country the only that dont have is this hotel.

Het hotel zelf en de hotelkamer is prima. Het ziet er allemaal mooi, verzorgd en nieuw uit. Het lijkt een kleinschalig hotel met goede service. Je zou absoluut niet verwachten dat hier spullen gestolen worden, maar dat gebeurd dus wel. Uit onze bagage is 50 euro gestolen. Er hangt in de kamer een briefje dat het hotel niet verantwoordelijk is voor verloren spullen en dat zijn ze dus ook niet in het geval van diefstal. We begrijpen dat het hotel zich zo indekt, dit zie je bijna overal in Azie maar het valt ons wel vies tegen dat er in zo'n 'luxe' en, voor Cambodia, duur hotel gestolen wordt.

Hotel neuf belle qualité beaux meubles en bois, ascenseur futuriste, dommage que la déco (luminaires, rideaux) soit aussi kitch! Accueil sympa mais une partie du staff ne parle pas anglais.
