Charming hotel in a great location near the centre of Siem Reap. I have stayed here 5 times. Great staff. Too bad they no longer serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace; now it is ground level at the front of the hotel.

Caution: The 'Free 1-way pick up' is not a pick-up from the airport to the hotel but rather from within the city. Since it’s only a 5-minute walk to the city, it’s of no use at all. They charged me $35 from airport to hotel . Ask the hotel manager: Is the 'Free 1-way pick up' not a pick-up from the airport to the hotel? It should be clearly stated. Or were we deceived by the staff?"

We had a perfect time here during our 5 night stay in Siem Reap. They are so helpful and friendly. They took good care of us, and helped us getting tickets and so on. We will miss them all. It was also a very relaxing neighbourhood, and the room was perfect! Next time we are in Siem Reap, we will be back 💛

Hotel was below average but staff were very good. Check-in was fantastic as rep saw us arrive and came outside to help. It was quick and easy. Hotel had too many insects…hallway was full of insects as well as the room (dead bugs in bathroom). I can understand having insects in the hallway due to open concept but it was not acceptable for the room. I thought hotel was recently renovated within past 4 years but it looks quite older. Pool was decent but water was too cold.

Ein doch recht herunter gekommenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Siem Reap River. Die Sicht auf den Fluss ist allerdings verbaut. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr schlecht. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde stark vernachlässigt. Das angebotene Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Nationalmuseum und der Nachtmarkt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great hotel! It was a last minute (same day) booking and I got lucky!! Very capable and kind staff, clean and comfy rooms, and easy location. The staff is really special. Very kind and helpful. WiFi is a little slow but otherwise this is a great value! For the price it has to be one of the best options if you want to be in town. Will stay again.

値段的には文句は言えませんが、空港に迎えに来てくれる約束をすっぽかされた事に、少し腹が立ちます。その時のフロントマンの対応も、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。
