Kami menghabiskan masa dua hari di hotel ini. Sungguh mengejutkan bahawa hotel itu jauh melebihi jangkaan kami. Bilik luas, bersih dan rapi, dilengkapi dengan tab mandi dan TV kabel, penghawa dingin juga berfungsi dengan baik sebaik sahaja kami memasuki bilik untuk kali pertama. Ia mempunyai kolam renang dan saya gembira bahawa bilik ini mempunyai balkoni dengan pemandangan kolam renang. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan mesra menyambut kami. Mereka juga membantu kami semasa kami membuat pemeriksaan lewat. Semasa kami memaklumkan kepada mereka, kami akan meninggalkan hotel pada awal pagi, mereka masih bersedia membantu kami dengan menyediakan sarapan untuk dibawa pulang, ia sangat bagus. Senang saya membuat keputusan yang baik dengan memilih hotel ini

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à notre arrivé au Cambodge, dans une chambre Cabana double, après nos nombreuses heures de transport. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour. Toute l'équipe et, plus particulièrement, Net ont su nous faire des recommandations sur les différentes choses à visiter ainsi que des conseils sur nos prochaines destinations qui nous ont été grandement utiles. Le seul petit inconvénient, si nous avions à en mettre un, est l'emplacement un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville par contre l'hôtel offre le transport gratuitement dès 17h pour s'y rendre. Sinon, une petite marche de 20 à 30 minutes est suffisante pour ce rendre dans le cœur de l'action de la Pub Street et permet de découvrir les alentours ou bien d'investir un petit 2$ pour un Tuk-tuk afin de s'y rendre rapidement. Demandez à avoir les services de Saran, le meilleur chauffeur que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour au Cambodge, qui nous a permis de découvrir les différents endroits de cette région. Nous avons tenté à la fin de notre voyage de s'y rendre à nouveau mais il n'y avait plus de chambre de disponible alors, suite à leur recommandation, nous avons réservez à leur autre hôtel situé à quelques pas de celle-ci, le Resort D'Popular. À notre arrivée à celle-ci, Net ainsi que d'autre membre du personnel sont venus nous accueillir avec un gâteau afin de souligner l'anniversaire de ma conjointe. I enjoyed staying here in total. The only problem was nobody picked me up when I arrived the airport. I messaged the hotel a few times to confirm when I booked this hotel and they understood. I found out the reason, the staff quit and he didn't tell the other staff about my arrival...I was so disappointed. But the reception staff was very helpful. His name was Brown (Sorry if the spelling is wrong!). He always smiled and kind. Thanks him.

William our host was the best and we were made to feel welcome straight away. All the staff were lovely and notbing was a bother. We were upgraded for our last 2 nights which was a lovely gesture. This hotel is about a 30 minute iwalk into town which is ok eventhough there are plenty of tuk tuks near the hotel. After 5pm this hotel offers free tuk tuk into town. We would definitely stay here again

Staff is great and very, very helpful. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant is very good, prices are fair but we found a too short list menu. The location is not close for a city walk/dinner/ any kind of actions and you have to take a tuktuk to go at night market or to any mart if you need things. But tuktuks are cheap (2$) so we do not complain as the hotel is quiet. Popular Residence is a good choice in Siem Reap.

The staff are lovely at this hotel, however it is very basic and in need of refurbishment. Also tuktuk drivers may not know where this hotel is so you need to clarify with them. My booking was to include airport tuktuk on arrival and departure but they only provided on arrival. Also no welcome/departure gift. We didn't use the spa services as they actually dont have a spa onsite as such, they either send you to there recommended spa locally or they can come out to the hotel but you need to give them an 1hrs notice. Breakfast was very basic. They have alot of staff standing around not doing much and as english is there second language it can take awhile to be understood. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, there are so many places to stay in Siem Reap.

This is close to where we live in a local village. A treat to retreat with the friendly and professional staff there. The sitting area near the pool is good to while away some hours with a good book. Breakfast and restaurant menu for other meals for freshly cooked and prepared and tasted really good can recommend. They looked after us as if we were the only customers but they did have other customers as well.

The best thing about this place are the staff who make your stay very enjoyable and hospitable. The hotel has beautiful gardens and at night it is a pleasure to hear birds and animals and not traffic noise. The location is also very good and we were able to walk into town easily - it takes about 30 minutes to the Old Market and busy city life. The breakfast is ok- as vegetarians we didn’t go hungry and the staff were very accommodating with our requests. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport via tuk tuk ( from the airport it is free). The staff are all wonderful, very polite and helpful, and make up for any shortcomings in the facilities.

William our host was the best and we were made to feel welcome straight away. All the staff were lovely and notbing was a bother. We were upgraded for our last 2 nights which was a lovely gesture. This hotel is about a 30 minute iwalk into town which is ok eventhough there are plenty of tuk tuks near the hotel. After 5pm this hotel offers free tuk tuk into town. We would definitely stay here again

Staff is great and very, very helpful. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant is very good, prices are fair but we found a too short list menu. The location is not close for a city walk/dinner/ any kind of actions and you have to take a tuktuk to go at night market or to any mart if you need things. But tuktuks are cheap (2$) so we do not complain as the hotel is quiet. Popular Residence is a good choice in Siem Reap.

The staff are lovely at this hotel, however it is very basic and in need of refurbishment. Also tuktuk drivers may not know where this hotel is so you need to clarify with them. My booking was to include airport tuktuk on arrival and departure but they only provided on arrival. Also no welcome/departure gift. We didn't use the spa services as they actually dont have a spa onsite as such, they either send you to there recommended spa locally or they can come out to the hotel but you need to give them an 1hrs notice. Breakfast was very basic. They have alot of staff standing around not doing much and as english is there second language it can take awhile to be understood. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, there are so many places to stay in Siem Reap.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à notre arrivé au Cambodge, dans une chambre Cabana double, après nos nombreuses heures de transport. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour. Toute l'équipe et, plus particulièrement, Net ont su nous faire des recommandations sur les différentes choses à visiter ainsi que des conseils sur nos prochaines destinations qui nous ont été grandement utiles. Le seul petit inconvénient, si nous avions à en mettre un, est l'emplacement un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville par contre l'hôtel offre le transport gratuitement dès 17h pour s'y rendre. Sinon, une petite marche de 20 à 30 minutes est suffisante pour ce rendre dans le cœur de l'action de la Pub Street et permet de découvrir les alentours ou bien d'investir un petit 2$ pour un Tuk-tuk afin de s'y rendre rapidement. Demandez à avoir les services de Saran, le meilleur chauffeur que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour au Cambodge, qui nous a permis de découvrir les différents endroits de cette région. Nous avons tenté à la fin de notre voyage de s'y rendre à nouveau mais il n'y avait plus de chambre de disponible alors, suite à leur recommandation, nous avons réservez à leur autre hôtel situé à quelques pas de celle-ci, le Resort D'Popular. À notre arrivée à celle-ci, Net ainsi que d'autre membre du personnel sont venus nous accueillir avec un gâteau afin de souligner l'anniversaire de ma conjointe. This is close to where we live in a local village. A treat to retreat with the friendly and professional staff there. The sitting area near the pool is good to while away some hours with a good book. Breakfast and restaurant menu for other meals for freshly cooked and prepared and tasted really good can recommend. They looked after us as if we were the only customers but they did have other customers as well.

The best thing about this place are the staff who make your stay very enjoyable and hospitable. The hotel has beautiful gardens and at night it is a pleasure to hear birds and animals and not traffic noise. The location is also very good and we were able to walk into town easily - it takes about 30 minutes to the Old Market and busy city life. The breakfast is ok- as vegetarians we didn’t go hungry and the staff were very accommodating with our requests. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport via tuk tuk ( from the airport it is free). The staff are all wonderful, very polite and helpful, and make up for any shortcomings in the facilities.
