Our room was Deluxe Double overlooking the pool and it was spacious including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too firm. The provided breakfast had good Western and Asian selections, omelet station, and fruit section. Big pool. Staffs were friendly and attentive. We really liked the ambience of the hotel. Location is within 6 minutes walk to The Heritage Mall, 15 minutes to Pub Street, and its near restaurants and laundromat.

私の不手際で色々ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのですが、どのスタッフも最善を尽くして下さり、高いホスピタリティを感じました。 朝食バイキングは清潔感があり、私が泊まった時は観光客が少ない時期ということもあり、ゆったりした雰囲気で良かったです。裏方のスタッフも含め、全員笑顔で接して下さいます。 残念なのは設備です。建物のデザインはモダンで良いのですが、2口コンセントの場合、グラグラしたり、場所によっては全く充電出来なかったりします。部屋にはたくさんコンセントがあるので、ベストポジションを探しましょう。 冷蔵庫(東芝製)とエアコンはかなり音が響きます(エアコンの効きは良いので、夏でも夜中はエアコンオフで私は問題なかったです。そして、水圧は弱いです。 夜や朝方は、鳥や虫の声が結構賑やかですが、通りに面しているわりに交通の音は全く気にならなかったです。 アメニティは少ないので、特に女性は必要なものを持参した方が良いです。 スパも利用しましたが、「ミディアム」でもなかなか力強いマッサージでした(笑)。私が利用した時は、50％オフでした。 蚊については、窓を開けっぱなしにしなければ大丈夫です(虫除け不要)。

英語もカタコトしか出来ず、シェムリアップの土地勘もなかったのですが、ホテルの方がとてもフレンドリーで、親切だったので、私のやりたいことを全て叶えてくれてとても感謝しています！ ホテルのお部屋は、バスルームが日中は陽が入り、とても開放的で良かったです。 またシェムリアップに行ったら泊まりたいです。

とても快適に過ごせました。中庭にテラスがある部屋だったので静かで外の騒音が殆ど聞こえません。朝食も工夫されていて毎日が楽しみでした。帰りの航空機が夜便だったのでレイトチェックアウト(有料)をお願いしました。午前中に観光して戻ってシャワーを浴びてと、出発までゆったり滞在できたので体力に自信のない人にはこういう利用方法もありですね。

Staff was not aware of my upgrade benefit. Once aware, staff did not offer me the upgrade though an upgraded room appeared to be available.

There are two Somadevi Residences-- sort of back to back. This one is the"Boutique." Acouple of years older (not old) and cheaper. Cool. Nice pool. Very nice people. Short walk to main and night markets---closer than most hotels tourists may stay at. Bring dollars to Cambodia. Accepted everywhere, not Euros. May get change in Riels. Okay. .

I am.so happy i chose this hotel. Great location and quite too which always helps. Staff are fantastic and always willing to help out or answer any questions i had. Rooms were very well kept and always cleaned thoroughly everyday. Swimming pool was amazing and si relaxing. Breakfast was a great start to the day and everything about this hotel made my stay memorable. I liked it so much i booked again for 10 nights over Khmer new year. Definitely book this hotel if you are in siem reap you will not be disappointed

Good, large clean rooms with comfortable bed. Good facilities with excellent coffee shop and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to shops and restaurants but wished I had found the made in Cambodia market sooner
