When you book online and pay $828 and you get there and they tell you that you can’t book online and you have to pay cash or debit every day or when you get the packages delivered and they take it and put it in the back room and you have to threaten the police to get it lol wow. The rooms are disgustingly dirty. Crack heads live there and sell dope out of the room management is aware and ok with it as long as they get their cut, they have illegal immigrants living here. They are charging $50 a night for East Indians but white people have to pay 150. They shut the hot water off of you have more then a 10 min shower. They are dirty CON-ARTIST. They rent a room to a 22 year old James nick who has cockroaches and bed bugs and haven’t even tried to rectify it but they take 3500 a month from him and let this kid live in filth and yell and belittle him. They are intrusive and ignorant they have a family ran business and have over 17 East Indians living there for free and REFUSED TO TAKE A VETERANS CARD my father served in the military, served this country and

The room is clean, but outdated. The carpet is a little bit dirty. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. It’s a budget inn if you just want a good sleep. Parking lot is safe

Inconvenient location

You are better off sleeping in your car. Immediately upon entering the lobby, the smell was a mix of mildew and urine. This got even worse once we entered the room. Lots of noise from guests who appear to be regulars. They argued from 3/4 am until 7am. Saw a few guests outside the hotel with scabs on their faces (common to what you see for drug users). I am not one to leave reviews, but this place is a dump.

My kids and I arrived late at the hotel for check-in. After driving for hours with everyone being tired, we expected early check-in. However, upon arrival, nobody was at the front desk. Instructions told us to ring the bell except that it took the staff to only come out after 15 minutes. My kids were already starving by then and repeatedly asked for dinner.

This motel was in stages of being renovated, but was still open for business and definitely not safe for two female travellers. There were no bolts on the door and the outside door was just a handle lock that could be easily be broken into. The bedding and bed were clean and the bathroom was very clean, but the mirror had glue all over it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke because people stood outside and left ashtrays on the air conditioner. The lamp was broken and lampshade was crushed. My mom and I had just been travelling for 12 hours and evacuated and found a different hotel which we felt safe at. unfortunately had to pay more money and I’m still waiting to find out if I will be refunded for the property we couldn’t get away from fast enough.

our experience was good/ our room was clean and perfect for us. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. no restaurant but quite a few not far, would stay there again if we went back to Sudbury.

IT would be great to have some options for a breakfast. other then that all good.

The Room was disgusting & filthy; furniture is from the 50's, very old, scratched up and filthy; there were bugs in bathroom & main room, so slept on top of covers; staff is family & although tons of them always around only one can work at Front Desk & he is NEVER available; young family children running around screaming; power tools used well past 11pm; no coffee maker or even a clock; horrible place that should not be operating or atleast not false advertising the conditions and state of the rooms. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HOMELESS & EXTREMELY DESPERATE!!

My stay was fine and the hotel was fine. My room was clean, all the locks worked, and I wasn't concerned staying there. I really just needed somewhere to lay my head at night, and for that, it was perfect! The building was tired in general, but ok. Wall finishes, flooring, and some room furniture aged. It appears that they are undertaking some renos, as there were box springs, mattresses, furniture, and other items outside is one spot and part of the lobby. As it was a Weekend, they likely couldn't have a bin on site as it would have taken a lot of parking away. I'm sure it will look great when they are done.
