Every exchange we experienced with staff was pleasant , we felt welcomed and appreciated. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, the breakfast room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant that is attached was great food. Lots of parking. The hotel staff was very accommodating to our large group as we got settled. Communication was fantastic. 5/5 stars

The check in/out attendants wete friendly and quick. The room was clean and esthetically pleasing but smelled musty and old. The walls are paper thin, could hear everything above us and in hall, and there were loud crashing noises in the wall that woke both our rooms up in the night. On top of an alarm being set for 6am from previous guest. Neither of our rooms had a very good sleep. The beds were hard so very sore by morning. The restless night made the 8 hour drive home difficult.
The breakfast was great and much appreciated.

The Ricky's restaurant which is attached to the hotel seems to be have some issues with some of its beverages. Apparently, they have been out of most draught beer for some time.

I had no real problems here, but the staff were stiff when I tried to check in early, and their fees for doing so were higher than I’ve ever seen at neighbouring properties. No USB chargers made me wonder what is “plus” about this place.

Overall great! Room was clean, area was good, pool was nice, hot tub was hot. The lady in charge of the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Food was hot and she brought out fresh stuff. Waffles, eggs, hash browns , cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt.. etc!
