Hotels.com verified review

There was no heat or hot water in our room on the second day of our stay. The temperature went down to 12.5 C overnight. There had been a burst pipe. There was also no breakfast offered on the second day. I understand that things can happen but there was no compensation or alternate room offered. We won’t be staying there again.

Poor customer service I had just booked a room there last week and everything went well with the reservations, but for some reason tonight they would not book me in because I was using a debit Visa so I am wanting a refund

room was very cold- I like a warm temperatue while sleeping. found a bug in my bed. Would never stay there again. Portable heater didnt help. I asked for a room on the first floor. Got the impression they wanted to rent out the rooms on the third floor. However live and learn.

A very dated location. Check in service was fine. No elevator to the next floor up. Room has a musty smell, however for the price and for one night it is fine. The beds are quite comfortable.

Few issues with the room so had to move to another. Internet service was poor at both. Few other things not working but currently undergoing renovations so hopefully will rectify soon. Pool was lovely.

The room was ok , it really needs some renovations. It was freezing when I got there. The only heater was I had to plug it in. I tripped the breaker when I plugged in my hair dryer and curling iron. The staff was great, friendly and the breakfast staff was great, so nice and friendly, there to help.

Outside, the hotel looked pretty good and the lobby was nice. Staff were courteous. It is currently under construction, so we were placed in a different room, but it was a free upgrade. The only thing bad I have to say is that there is a lot of noise from other rooms. I heard a fight almost break out across the hall, no idea what that is about. Very little soundproofing, and my room was attached via a door to another. It made it mildly uncomfortable to stay there knowing they could hear every word uttered. Besides that, it was a good experience. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

The room was just fair. paint on ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. In the morning when I moved my toiletries bag, a cockroach crawled out from under it. It crawled behind the mirror. I called the front desk and they sent someone up. While this person was there, another cockroach was crawling up the wall on the outside of the bathroom. I immediately shook out all of my belongings to make sure that no cockroaches had crawled in during the night and then checked out of the room. The front desk attendant said he would let his manager know. I have a call in to the manager, but have not heard back from him as of yet.
